The garden house is located in the middle of our 2000m2 garden. At the edge of the garden you will find the sauna and hot tub that overlook the meadows. We live a large part of the garden here, and are happy to share the wealth of the outdoors with others.

The completely renovated property is located about 2 km from Alpen, 9 km from Xanten and 11 km from Wesel, on the idyllic Lower Rhine. The beach in Menzelen Ost is about 2 km away. The whole floor is equipped with natural cork flooring including underfloor heating. In the box spring bed 1.8 x 2 meters, you can really relax. The new kitchen is fully equipped (Senseo coffee maker). The bathroom with shower and whirlpool invites you to relax. For electric cars, there is a wallbox for charging.

Lots of fun activities such as (mountain)bike riding, horse riding, hiking or golf are amongst the possibilities. Or you can cozy up on the couch in front of the fireplace for a relaxing weekend and come back completely relaxed and reborn. BE AWARE: We are not a party location (no men groups).

This luxury cottage is full of comforts and gives a cozy and rural feeling upon arrival. The hot tub is available for an additional fee of €85.00. Please indicate when booking. This includes fresh water, limited firewood and use of luxury bathrobes.

Bring your bike or rent a bike in our village or put on your walking shoes to optimally enjoy the Veluwe. Or come and relax and unwind in our tiny house that is equipped with all conveniences. Extra booking: Hot tub € 40.00 wood-fired / Sauna € 25.00 / Breakfast € 17.50 p.p.

From the hot tub, the sauna or the lounge sofa you can look out over the bordering meadow. The wellness facilities are located close to each other.
