It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

The stay was absolutely great from start to finish! The self check-in went smoothly and easily – super organized and ideal if you want to arrive flexibly. The place was spotlessly clean, modernly furnished and equipped with everything you might need. You can tell there's a lot of emphasis on quality and comfort. We particularly liked the comfortable bed, the quiet location and the overall very pleasant atmosphere. Communication with the host was also excellent – fast, friendly and reliable. All information was provided in a timely manner and was clearly understandable. The location of the accommodation is also great: quiet and yet close to everything important – perfect starting point to explore the surroundings. We felt completely comfortable and would book again anytime. A clear recommendation for all those who are looking for a clean, stylish and uncomplicated accommodation!

We spent 14 wonderful days in a special place, away from the crowded tourist spots, in an impressive landscape. We experienced our hosts as very friendly and helpful people who designed the house tastefully and authentically. There is everything you need to feel comfortable and welcome, superfluous things were dispensed with, which we found very pleasant. Really special and beautiful are the small art prints by Roberta, who gave the apartment a very personal and distinctive touch as an artist. Many thanks to Orgnjen and Roberta

Outstanding and the most hospitable hosts. We stayed for three nights and enjoyed the stay here the most out four Airbnb places during this trip. The place is amazing. However, the promised jacuzzi on the roof terrace was not finished and the air conditioning was broken, but the provider was on the repair. Unfortunately, this could not be repaired during our stay. For these circumstances, the provider has provided us with a 20% refund on the amount paid. The apartment is beautiful, the view of the bay of Dobreç as well. The infinity pool with outdoor kitchen (gas grill) is great. The landlord is also very nice, straightforward and accommodating. There could only be a bit more dishes available. An absolutely recommended place to stay!

We just stayed one night at Sanja’s place and wished that we were staying longer. Beautifully clean, stunning apartment with a view to die for and the swimming pool was an added bonus. Sanja was so helpful- she answered any query we had and helped us order a take away dinner from a local restaurant that was delicious. It’s slightly difficult to find although Sanja sends instructions and photographs. Once you enter the road by the cemetery you need to carry on up the hill as far as you can go. Where the asphalted road ends there on the left is the house. Thank you so much Sanja - we have kept a note of your details as we’d love to return for longer stay next time!
