Beachfront holiday rental in Ligaria

The pictures don’t do this view justice. It’s breathtaking! The home is gorgeous and the outdoor space is wonderful. It was too cold for us to swim but we still enjoyed time at the beach. Most of the immediate area was already shut down for the season during our stay but there is a lovely area about a mile walk away. We spent a lot of time there enjoying the coffee shops and restaurants. The house and rooms were fantastic and there was more than enough space for everyone to relax. The host was amazing and went above and beyond to help us when we left some glasses at a restaurant. Thank you so much for a great stay!!

Das Zimmer war wunderschön – schon morgens fielen die ersten Sonnenstrahlen hinein. Zwei Strände waren bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, ebenso wie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, Handtücher und Bettwäsche wurden regelmäßig gewechselt. Besonders genossen habe ich den Pool, das Kochen im Zimmer und die herzliche Freundlichkeit des Personals. Ich würde diese Unterkunft jedem wärmstens empfehlen! :)

Perfect location, 20m to the beach, many restaurants, friendly people, parking spot bit tricky but never more than 200m. Communication perfect, very proactive. Exactly as the pictures shows.

We spent the most lovely time at Nikos place with our baby and friends. The villa is located directly by the sea with a spectacular view. We enjoyed really enjoyed our breakfasts watching the waves and listening to the ocean so much. The place is very quiet and private. Nikos is the most welcoming host and gave us great directions for the island. We can definitely recommend staying there! Thank you so much for having us.

Estadia fantástica, mesmo em cima da praia! Fotos muito parecidas com a realidade, com todas as comodidades disponiveis! Fica no passeio maritimo muito proximo de vários restaurantes, supermercado e do centro histórico, dá para fazer tudo a pé a uma curta distância. O Fotis foi super prestável e deu instruções muito claras. Tivemos vontade de ficar mais tempo!!! 5*

Jeronimo ist ein richtig toller Gastgeber. Sehr, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns auf Anhieb sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Die Unterkunft liegt wunderschön oberhalb der kleinen Soudabucht mit grandiosem Ausblick. Zwei empfehlenswerte Tavernen sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Auch die Bar von Jeronimo ist toll und nicht zu verachten. Wir können die schöne, einfache aber zweckmäßige Unterkunft auf's Wärmste empfehlen.

Vlakbij het strand. Parkeerplaats beschikbaar. Appartement heeft alles wat je maar nodig kan hebben. Behulpzame verhuurder. Alles op wandelafstand, auto is enkel nodig voor daguitstappen. Leuk speelgoed voor de kinderen. Enige minpunt is dat het naast een drukke baan ligt met nodige lawaai.

The apartment was beautiful, right on the water, with so many conveniences - stores, restaurants, etc. We received so many, perfect recommendations on places to eat, beaches to visit, wineries, etc. Thank you for an amazing experience!

We called this place "the mansion." The views are absolutely breathtaking and the accommodations pristine. The beautiful beach is across the street and the hotel nearby has an outside bar on that beach. We ended up renting a car because we could tell driving in Crete was easier than places like Mykonos and Athens. We ventured to a few places like Richtis Gorge and the downtown harbor; excellent shopping with some closed (no vehicles) streets. We wished we had more time here! Our host was very kind and also helpful in booking the car rental after our arrival. We highly recommend Villa Phi!! Thank you.

Our stay at the villa was nothing short of incredible. The location was peaceful and serene—away from the busier tourist areas, it truly felt like our own private resort. The views were absolutely stunning, and every moment there felt like a dream. The house itself was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need, and the heated pool was a highlight—especially during the cooler evenings. It made it easy to enjoy every part of our stay, no matter the weather. George, our host, was fantastic. He was always just a message away, ready with helpful suggestions and warm hospitality. His attention to detail and genuine care made our stay even more special. We’re already dreaming about our return. Highly recommend!

Incredible stay, stunning villa, lovely to walk into the little town, and a brand new restaurant opened called ‘Dusk’ a few minutes walk away which was 11/10. We adored the hot tub, luxury, all the little touches. Juicer for fresh orange juice and funky toaster. Thank you Crete is exquisite 💖💖💖

The stay was good, private and secluded. All listed amenities were present. Pool and BBQ were crucial to us, also worth to mention: there is an A/C unit in each room. Wifi was perfectly stable. You can hear the road noises, but it is manageable, it didn't affect our experience.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was better than expected! The location was great, we had easy beach access to a relatively quiet part of the beach. There were loads of great restaurants near us and we could walk into the town centre within 35 mins. Lovely amenities and very clean. Beautiful view of the ocean and square from our window. Pool was great with a lovely bar. Check-in was very easy and the staff at the hotel were very friendly. We would 100% recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Rethimno and looking to have a peaceful area to stay and don’t mind walking into town.

This home is absolutely perfect for every type of vacation you want. Close enough to Herikalon for a quick transfer to the airport, winery, dinner or boat cruise.(make sure to connect with Manos for the best transfers and excursions). Yet also tons of good restaurants and coffee, shops, and small markets that allow you to be more casual if you want to. Then you can just stay in the villa use their excellent and clean kitchen and appliances and have one of the best views of Dia available on the island of Crete. The host Georgia is a 11 out of 10. She was kind enough to stock the kitchen so when we arrived, everything was already there for us to not have to leave the villa and totally relax and get over the jet lag. Then she provides ideas and was there every time I had a question (and I had a lot). The pool is perfect and house is new and precise and cools very well. Very good space and more than enough for the six people that it sleeps with having three private bathrooms was a treat

The apartment itself was spotless and well-equipped, with all the amenities we could ask for. The decor was inviting and made us feel right at home. Waking up to the beach front every morning was a truly magical experience. Overall, our stay was fantastic, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience in Crete.

Beau logement propre et au goût du jour. Proche de la mer et de bon restaurant!

een vriendelijk en persoonlijk ontvangst. geen kluisje met een nummer, maar gewoon een persoonlijke overhandiging van de sleutel en uitleg van apparatuur. kwamen laat aan, maar de host had al wat brood, beleg en een fles water geregeld. heerlijk aankomen dus. vaatwasser en wasmachine inbegrepen, dus kon lekker hardlopen en de vuile kleding hup de wasmachine in gooien. host vroeg halverwege de vakantie nog hoe het ging en of we nog iets nodig hadden. locatie is geweldig en snorkelen voor de deur in de zee. het ontbrak aan niets.

Comfortable 2 bedroom apartment in a great location with lots of beach equipment available and fantastic views from the rooftop terrace. 2 minute walk to the beach, restaurants and minimart. Attentive and friendly hosts.

Het appartement van Marina is erg fijn! Het zit aan het strand vast en de boulevard beschikt over heel veel leuke Griekse restaurants waar je lekker kan eten met uitzicht op het strand en de zee, en 2 kleinere supermarkten. Het dorpje heeft daarnaast nog wat leuke (souvenirs)winkels. Het strand is erg leuk, je kan er lekker liggen op de strandbedden voor 10 euro per dag (2 bedden en een parasol) en het water is heel helder en bij het snorkelen zijn er veel vissen te zien. Het appartement is erg mooi. Het heeft een groot balkon, een lekker en groot bed, en een klein keukenblokje. De auto kan je gratis op de parkeerplaats voor het appartement parkeren. Daarnaast zit je snel op de autoweg als je ergens anders heen wil op Kreta. Een aanrader!

Wir verbrachten wunderschöne und erholsame Ferien in Dimitris Appartement. Die Wohnung ist traumhaft schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit qualitativ hochstehenden Möbel und es fehlt wirklich an gar nichts. Die Terasse hat einen einzigartigen wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer und wir haben viele schöne Stunden dort verbracht. Dimitris ist super freundlich, stets erreichbar und mit hilfreichen Tipps für Ausflüge, Restaurants usw. hat er uns sehr geholfen. Der Transfer vom Flughafen hat er uns auch organisiert und es hat bestens geklappt. Auch die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. Supermarkt und Restaurants sind fussgängig gut erreichbar und die Busstation ist gleich auf der anderen Strassenseite. Wir können das Appartement wärmstens empfehlen, für uns das schönste bisher und wir werden gerne an die Zeit zurückdenken und bald mal wiederkommen.

Niki and Cristos were really lovely and friendly hosts. Fresh flowers, homemade biscuits and cake, wine etc were provided and left in the apartment. The apartment was bright and clean. They treated us as family and really made us feel at home. Surrounded by the most amazing mountains. Beautiful people on beautiful Bali. What more could you ask for? Eif charisto! Die Unterkunft bot einen spektakulären Meerblick, der jeden Morgen zu einem besonderen Erlebnis machte. Die Wohnung war modern und äußerst sauber, was sofort für Wohlbefinden sorgte. Besonders beeindruckt war ich von der Hilfsbereitschaft des Besitzers. Auf meine Anfrage hin wurden die Handtücher prompt erneuert, und als ein unerwarteter Sandsturm aufkam, kümmerte er sich sofort um die Reinigung der Unterkunft. Die Lage war ideal, mit vielen Restaurants und Geschäften in der Nähe. Die Strände waren atemberaubend, und ich genoss es, im kristallklaren Wasser zu schwimmen. Die Go-Anbieter vor Ort waren äußerst hilfreich und gaben mir wertvolle Tipps, die meinen Aufenthalt bereicherten. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert, da sie fließend Englisch sprachen. Insgesamt war es ein unvergesslicher Urlaub, den ich jedem empfehlen kann.
