Cascina Ferrarotti is located in the southern part of Piedmont, in the district of Langhe, about 20 minutes drive to Barolo. The area is well-known for its lovely scenery, wine, cheese, truffles, hazelnuts and the Piedmontese cuisine. The house is completely unashamed, 500 meters above sea level, with vineyards on all sides and its own small vineyard with Dolcetto grapes. There is a heated pool with amazing views (infinity pool) and a large and lovely garden with outdoor areas suitable for a group on a holiday trip together.

Stone House Hideaway – Unplug in the Forest

This traditional Piedmontese cottage, from the 18th Century, is a perfect unique getaway where to find real peace in nature, among the beautiful woods and hazelnuts fields of Alta Langa. At 600mt. of altitude and with a stunning panorama, this countryside house is made entirely of stones and maintains the original structure typical of the area. The house is 10min away from the village but on the main road which connects (through a paved road with curves) to Lequio Berria (4km) or Bosia (6km).

Welkom bij Valmanzini! Wakker worden in de natuur, met alleen het geluid van de dieren! Midden in de natuur, maar toch dichtbij zoveel leuke dingen. Hier geniet je van het buitenleven. Een heerlijk wijntje op het privé-terras, met uitzicht over de heuvels. Slapen in een oud (uit 1582!!) stenen huisje, met comfortabele bedden en een volledig ingerichte keuken. Wandelen in het bos of langs de Italiaanse dorpjes dichtbij (Voltaggio, Gavi). Wijnproeverijen, hiken, zwemplekjes, naar Genua!

The house has been completely renovated in the first months of 2017 and now appears in all its Mediterranean charm, paired with a modern twist.

Located in a quiet position next to the castle that dominates over the village, the studio is a ten minute walk from the historical center and train station.

My flat is on a tipical genoese pedestrian path, it has independent entrance, a large equipped terrace. The panorama is right above porto antico. Having the funicular at short walking distance it is very well connected with the historical centre. Unfortunately in summer 2025 the funicular is under historical maintenance, it is still availbale a replacemente bus service.
