Whether it’s the delicious breakfast served each morning or doing your laundry, David and Roberta go out of their way to make you feel welcome and are genuinely so kind. Super nice hosts, was spontaneously chosen for the transit and luckily the right thing for me. The old town is also great to explore in the evening and invites you to have a cheap dinner.

Marina is a super Host. She really takes care that your stay will be pleasant for you. The apartment is quiet, nice and peaceful. It’s a relatively long way with steps to the car. So a good workout in the morning.

We had a great time in Nadia's apartment, it is well equipped, clean, comfortable and quiet. Nadia was available and ready in the communication, providing us with useful information on the services and itineraries of the area. The apartment is in a favorable location for the excursions we wanted to do (Lerici, Tellaro, Sarzana but also walks on the inland trails). Recommended.

This is a fabulous place to stay away from any crowds and a stunning location and place to beautiful outside spaces and our apartment was just lovely. We were made so welcome and our host was very flexible with check out as the weather was terrible. Recommend. We loved it

The host was very kind, she allowed us to check in before the scheduled time. The area is very quiet, it has an outdoor car park a few steps from the entrance. The room is very nice, spacious and the property has everything you need for your stay. The breakfast they offer is very rich and of excellent quality I highly recommend it

The stay went very well at Sabrina's, who is a very welcoming host. She guided us well to reach the listing, which keeps all its promises. Tastefully appointed house with stunning views. Breakfasts were well provided and delicious. Sabrina and Tiger are very friendly, and yet know how to respect the privacy of their guests. A big thank you.

I felt very comfortable. Super friendly hosts, delicious breakfast, clean. Hosts were always easily accessible and approachable, easy communication. Own area, I could be for myself and undisturbed (balcony is shared with the hosts through a privacy screen - for me no problem at all, I felt undisturbed. can only be relevant for others) No air conditioning, just a fan on the ceiling - worked for me, can be warm in the top floor in the height of summer. Bathroom and room great - as in the photos. Close to the sea and the beautiful promenade within walking distance. There are also many restaurants. The city center and other beautiful places are also easily accessible. Thank you and I will definitely come back ;-)

Excellent place, spotless, spacious. Wide common areas accessible, including a pleasant rooftop terrace with views towards the harbor. More than a kilometer on foot from the train station but the journey is easy and the tranquility of the place is well worth it.

Beautiful house. Very friendly host. Perfect if you bring a dog. It is not walking distance to any village or restaurant but a short drive away we found a very good restaurant on recommendation from our host. We had a dog and it was possible to walk down to the river (15 min) and swim.

Love the location. I found the mornings to be very loud but it was overall a nice stay.

My partner and I stayed here for one night and we had the best time! The view was phenomenal, the room was perfect and Elisa was always there to help with any questions we had. Would definitely recommend!

The property is located about 1.5 km from the center. We stayed in a beautiful room with a private terrace. Through the garden, we could walk straight to the pool. The room had an air conditioning and fridge which was very pleasant. Also, the interior looked really nice! Breakfast was delicious and drinks by the pool were ideal. If you are looking for a vacation spot where it is not mega touristy, this is ideal!

Claudia's house is spectacular. An old-fashioned, very cozy, thoughtfully decorated mansion. For those who love cases from other times but with contemporary comforts. Claudia is an attentive and very kind host, very helpful in everything and in giving great tips about the surroundings. Sweet and salty breakfast. Upon our return after dinner, we found a wide choice of local grappe offered by our guest. A magic. Highly recommended. Thank you for your great hospitality.
