Absolutely comfortable apartment suitable for a stay in a place away from chaos, where you can rest and from where you can start for excursions and restorative walks.

Sergio's apartment is in a beautiful location, it is very comfortable and spacious and really well organised and equipped. Sergio was there to meet us when we arrived and he was a very kind and helpful host. Even though the apartment is part of the same building as Sergio's house it is very private and quiet and has its own independent access. There is a wonderful restaurant a short walk away with an incredible view of the mountains and Cogne in the valley and the village has a really good cafe/shop. I whole-heartedly recommend Sergio's apartment - we had a wonderful few days of walking in the mountains and everything was perfect.

Very good location in Cogne, quiet, central, private parking. Well-equipped and clean apartment under the roof with two balconies. Friendly, helpful and accommodating communication with the host, proactive advice and good tips for the stay in Cogne!

Beautiful apartment, very well located and comfortable, with the Gran Paradiso park glacier in the background. Dante is a very welcoming person and gave us good advice. We would recommend it in a second.
