The house was absolutely beautiful. The house was spacious, and cozy all on one. We all felt right at home. The house looked just like the pictures, which always a pleasant surprise. Karen was a great host! She responded in a timely manner to every question I had. This is a gem and we will return.

Catie’s place was super convenient for our activities! Having two king beds, each with their own bathrooms, worked out so well. Everything was comfortable—a good bed with soft linens and good shower pressure are always appreciated! We were busy, but wish we had more downtime to enjoy the place and other amenities. Would definitely stay here again.

Such a wonderful stay! Heather was a great host. The house was beautiful and the pool was fabulous. We loved the area so much that we want to move to Raleigh. Can’t wait to come back and stay at Heather’s hut again!

Alex was a great host! The space was amazing very clean and the pool was perfect! Loved the tv on the back patio! Even provided fire wood, there were pool toys and floaties. Everything you could need was there!

Jessica and Justin responded back very quickly when we had questions or trouble. The place felt like home to my family and I. The pool was amazing my kids loved it. Kitchen items were easily to access when cooking as well

My cousin recommended we stay at this Airbnb when visiting the area to attend my uncle’s funeral. We found that the house is very comfortable, situated in a beautiful neighborhood, and it has everything we needed for our stay. I would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Amazing experience! The host was very accommodating and the apartment was even better than the pictures. Also everything was close by no more than a 15 min drive.

We had a great vacation at Polina's home. Everything was very well stocked. The azalea bushes were in bloom and were just gorgeous.

We would definitely stay here again. Plenty of space for couples traveling together or families. Easy access to 1-95, grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Great location. I will say the kitchen was sparsely furnished. If you plan to do a lot of cooking ( which we didn’t do), you might need a few more kitchen items. Having said that I feel sure Marilyn would have taken care of your needs quickly. We would definitely recommend this home.

Incredible stay! Absolutely spotless gem!!!!! Furniture comfortable. Beds, pillows, and linens so soft. Whole home is well stocked with everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Lots of windows to enjoy the sunshine and view of all the lovely flowers around the property. Air conditioning worked great! The thoughtful decor of the whole house provides a peaceful atmosphere. Simply elegant. Host is proactive, responsive, and provided all instructions in an easy to follow format. The house is in a safe neighborhood only like 4 minutes away from a large variety of restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, shopping, parks, entertainment, etc. I highly recommend this listing and host. You’ll love it!!

My birthday stay to be near our grandchildren was absolutely perfect ! The tranquil outdoor area near all the farm animals & rose garden was just what we needed! The grandkids visited and feed the goats while we sat around the fire pit! What an awesome experience .. totally peaceful! The guest house had everything we needed, just like home🩷We’d definitely recommend staying here. Just minutes away from restaurants & shopping . We especially enjoyed exploring all the beautiful nature at Raven Rock, just a few minutes away! What a peaceful stay & we can’t wait to visit again!!

We had a wonderful stay at the Cottage in Sanford, NC. The place was impeccably clean, and the view was beautiful. We especially loved watching the turtles, particularly the one with the distinctive shell pattern. The beds were so comfortable that we didn't want to get out of them each morning. Although we couldn't go fishing or canoeing due to the rain, it made our stay even more relaxing. Being off the grid was a refreshing change, and we thoroughly enjoyed our Father's Day weekend with my son and husband. We're looking forward to returning regularly! We are local to the area and needed to find the perfect place for our daughter to get ready for her BIG DAY with her bridesmaids! The Farmhouse was perfect! We had the most wonderful stay at your beautiful home during our daughter’s wedding weekend. This was one of the best places I’ve stayed at! The area was clean and looked even better than the photos. It was so serene and was a nice oasis away from our busy schedule. Rob was the perfect host who was responsive and friendly. He even invited us to the neighborhood block party he was hosting! We would recommend to anyone and will definitely be back the next time we are in town.

Absolutely fantastic place for a family with small children! Recommendation to perhaps explicitly state that access to the garage isnt there. I will admit it wasnt listed as a feature but it was included in pictures. minor detail and I take ownership for the confusion

Natasha’s place is beautiful. My family had space to spread out and do different things, they have a nice backyard . The Neighborhood was quiet. We would love to stay again, if possible.

I was in town for a Renaissance Fair, after spending all day dealing with some rain, the the sun, and walking up and down hills for the fair, it was a welcome feeling to check into this wonderful and peaceful home. the bed was super comfortable the bathroom was perfect. I was able to relax and charge up for the next day. If you are in the area and see this place do book it. It is close enough to everything and far away enough that you feel at ease and can rest.

The place was cozy, organized and cleaned. It had all the amenities we needed and while it was located on the old side of town, it was quite, safe and welcoming. I went for a jog nearby, the neighborhood was quiet. Breonna was always very responsive and provided very clear instructions to access the unit. The apartment was very nicely organized and cleaned, all the linen was crispy clean and the kitchen even had the coffee maker with a couple of coffee pods for us to enjoy. Recommended !

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was very accommodating for our family of five. All rooms and appliances were very clean. The house is located in a nice quiet neighborhood and tastefully decorated with quality furnishings. We will be returning to the area in the near future and look forward to reserving this home once again, if available.
