It has a very beautiful sunset from the balcony. The village is very good, it has a great trade and the Ibitipoca State Park is amazing, it is very well kept. Order the pin/exact location, the location on the AirBnb page is from the center of the village and not the exact location of the accommodations. The cleanliness was fine but there was no attention to a few details.

Exceptional house. Beautiful , comfortable, quiet and spacious. Access eh a bit boring, but nothing exaggerated. It has a great view of the sunset. The internet works perfectly. I had certain difficulties with contact with the owner of the house, only. It takes time to respond, without adequate information on the kitchen utensils that the house has and no feedback during the stay. If I needed contact in a possible emergency I don't know if I would have. Other than that, as I did not have unforeseen events, it was very good the period I stayed in.

The place surprises you by being much better and cozier than in the photos. The space is quiet with a beautiful view, the house is compact and has everything you need for a quiet and relaxing stay. Super recommend and will come back.

I am already a recurring customer of Casa Recanto do Lago. I love the quiet location and the view of the lake. You can walk to the center (5-10 min walk) and it is on the way to the park. The house is practical, everything is just right.

The accommodation was wonderful, the house combines more with the city, very comfortable, extremely clean, the bathroom so there is no talk, surprised us! Marcelo was very attentive, we had some unforeseen events on the trip and he helped us, was very receptive and willing to help. When I return to the city for sure I will stay with him again. The house is less than 10 minutes from the center walking and about 1h10 from the park walking, the location is very good!

Extremely pleasant place in every way! I highly recommend it, it was the best or one of the best Airbnbs I've stayed in to date. Super tidy, fragrant apartment, close to bakeries, the Bahamas supermarket, between 5 or 7 minutes' walk from UFJF, as well as less than 10 minutes from Independência Shopping. Very quiet apartment, except on weekends at night due to music from nearby bars and restaurants.
