The house is located in the wooded area of Sterksel, near the heath and many green cycling routes. On the forest plot, you have access to an outdoor swimming pool (unheated, open in summer), picnic table, lawn, basketball court, canoes, campfire, trampoline and BBQ.

In alle seizoenen is het hier optimaal genieten, met het Simonshoeksebos direct grenzend aan het park en Nationaal Park De Groote Peel op nog geen 10 minuten rijden. Eindeloos wandelen, ontspannen uit eten of juist lekker zelf koken in de volledig uitgeruste keuken. En uiteraard heerlijk slapen in dit knusse A-frame huisje! Ook rechtstreeks bij ons te boeken.

Centrum Nijmegen is ongveer 15 minuten rijden. Een bushalte met directe busverbinding naar Station Nijmegen en Radboudumc ligt op 75 meter van onze woning. Diverse voorzieningen, zoals supermarkt en horeca, zijn op loopafstand. Thermen Berendonck bevindt zich op 14 minuten rijden.
