There is a small hospitality corner with Nespresso, kettle, tea selection, plates and cutlery – ideal for a quiet breakfast or drink. The shared bathroom has a bathtub, two washbasins and a toilet. Perfect for guests who love peace, authenticity and nostalgia. *Excluding kitchen and living room use.

Op zoek zijn naar een lichte sfeervolle ruimte met moderne architectuur met oog voor detail en toch verblijven in een pand van 1904? Waar je heerlijk kunt slapen, luchten kan bekijken vanuit een comfortabel bed met eigen douche, toilet en wastafel. Je kan een ontbijt klaarmaken met koffie en thee. Ook is er een kleine koelkast aanwezig. Koken is niet mogelijk. Dit guesthouse is geschikt voor gasten die voor het diner de stad in willen gaan en die houden van rust.

Deze centraal gelegen accommodatie is smaakvol ingericht met veel planten, bloemen en leuke ornamenten. Het huis beschikt tevens over een lange tuin (30 meter) met ligstoelen en een Patio waar heerlijk lekker gegeten kan worden. Verder hebben wij er echt geprobeerd een mediterraans sfeertje aan te geven en wij denken dat dit aardig is gelukt :) Binnen 8 minuten lopen bent u al op het station en binnen 12 minuten zit u praktisch in de binnenstad.

The luxurious double bedroom is located on the second floor of our 1930s home. It is a cozy and hip bedroom, equipped with Nespresso coffee, tea and 1 bottle of mineral water per reservation. The renovated bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink with washbasin and toilet, washing machine and dryer. We are a working couple and would like to make our house available to people who come to Maastricht temporarily for pleasure or work.
