Greatly enjoyed the house, everything was present to even cleaning items, toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, hairdryer). House was cozily furnished and we soon felt at home. Contact with Adri and Belinda was quick and clear . In the evening, we had a nice dinner at Brasserie Shoko, shops and restaurants at walking distance. See you the next time Adri and Belinda. We stayed at this great place with friends over New Year's Eve. A house with lots of charm that is well furnished and equipped. Perfect for long game nights or cooking together. The accommodation is great, bakers, supermarkets and the like are nearby and the city center can be reached by bus in about 20 minutes. The contact with the hostess was also flawless and hassle-free. Unfortunately, there is only one bathroom with shower upstairs and downstairs a very small toilet without a wax basin. With agreements, however, this also fits for 7 people. Only one power outlet in the upper bathroom would be desirable. Otherwise, everything was great!We had a really great time in Maastricht! Thank you so much ☺️

We were there with 4 people for 2 nights and were very satisfied! The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was also delicious and sufficient! We were also very satisfied with the other rooms. So we will definitely come back! Marc has also been a very friendly host. Recommended ☺️👌

Edmee was a perfect host. Very friendly! The apartment itself was as advertised, nothing fancy but cozy and clean. The location is amazing! The view from the parking and hangout area are classic Southern Limburg vibes. As an added bonus: We were allowed to take our racebikes into the apartment.

The house is beautiful, so charming and spotlessly clean. It had everything you’d need for a perfect stay. It’s in a wonderful location with beautiful surroundings. The bedrooms were lovely and the beds super comfy. Our Host Roger was absolutely wonderful and even very kindly picked us up from the station, and took us back ! He sent lots of recommendations and was very friendly. Maastricht itself was a delight ! We loved our stay here.

Jan was the perfect host – incredibly friendly and helpful. Upon arrival, he immediately brought a go-kart and a ping pong table for the children, which was really appreciated. The house was sparkling clean and equipped with everything we needed. We greatly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

A great accommodation in a great place. The accommodation is very spacious and modern and equipped with every comfort. You can use a lovely spacious garden with a natural swimming pool which we really loved. We sat here every morning and evening when we came back from a day out. The only downside is that you sit along a road and hear the cars passing by. You will get used to this, by the way It's also a perfect location. You have the peace, space and nature while you are in the heart of Maastricht in 10 minutes The hosts are really friendly and proactive. Absolutely recommended, where we will definitely come back if we go to Maastricht again

We and our dog liked it very much, the pool and the garden were very large, deer sometimes came to the property in the middle of the forest! We didn't miss anything and the dog had a lot of fun. The vacation home was great, everything clean and very inviting, we can only recommend it!

We were very happy with the place. Everything has been thought of to make you feel comfortable. Thank you very much for the wine and the little things for the children. It was a very nice stay. Everything looked like the pictures, everything sparkling clean, beautiful bed linen, smart TV, air conditioning. We will be happy to come back :)

The accommodation with this huge garden is a dream for a holiday with a dog. The garden is fenced high enough that you don't have to worry about your four-legged friend. You have absolute peace, the neighbors are far enough away. Just after the drive along the unpaved road through the forest, you are in the middle of the holiday atmosphere. Then there is this beautiful large pool, the heated Jacuzzi, the hammock between the trees, the tree swing, .... What else could you ask for? It's not without reason that this accommodation is fully booked. The area has a lot to offer for nature lovers. Lake Leuk offers all kinds of water sports and fishing. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely come back.

My mother and I stayed at the villa in Sweikhuizen for a week. We were warmly welcomed by the hosts and there was a welcome package ready for us. From here we explored the area and made trips to Aachen, Maastricht, Valkenburg and Belgium. A good base. The kitchen is fully equipped and the beds are good. There is heated from two A/C'but when you set it to a fixed temperature, the temperature throughout the house is pleasant.

A very nice and relaxing yurt which is separate and therefore brings even more peace, there is a compost toilet which takes some getting used to but is very good, the shower and normal toilet is a little further but otherwise fine. The owners respond very quickly to requests and handle this very well and quickly, everything is hospitably ready upon arrival. Recommended for everyone to book, if there is time we want to book the summer again.

Beautiful location, the stay is fully equipped, beautiful and complete kitchen, spacious shower, great bed and comfortable sitting on the chairs and sofa. Terrace with seating in a spacious garden. Cees and Monique are very pleasant as a host and hostess. Very customer oriented and they do everything they can to make it to your liking. See you next time!

Great ambiance, very quiet and pleasant, a dream to rest. Only it is really hard to transport the things from the car to the houseboat; the path is quite long. It would be good if you could drive to the facility by car to unload. Otherwise everything is tiptop.

Beautiful and quiet stay with lots of privacy. Ideal starting point for cycling and walking tours. Close to Maastricht for a shop and shopping need. The stay was super clean and cleanly furnished. The beds were very good. In short, it is highly recommended for peace seekers

Of course, the weather was very bad, which made it even nicer to be here!! What a lovely house! Very welcome by the reception with local products and Easter eggs. Enjoyed!

We had a very nice weekend at the place! Thanks to the air conditioning, it was also very pleasant in the upper bedroom despite the 30 degrees outside temperature. The kitchen is well equipped and the location is ideal for quickly getting to countless restaurants and beautiful shops.

We had a few wonderful days in Noorbeek! The apartment is very fully furnished and equipped with every comfort. Carlo responded quickly and was flexible. Tip: the sunrise is beautiful to see from the path diagonally opposite the house.
