The 3 bedroom home has a king bedroom with an en suite bathroom, a bunk room with 4 beds and a queen bedroom! The large open lot has both a front and back porch. The front porch faces a private playscape and the back deck has magnificent views of the lake, a private dock and firepit! A wonderful escape to the country awaits!

Come enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine with a view of the lake from the big front porch and watch spectacular sunsets each evening. The kids will enjoy the fishbowl bunk room complete with 4 beds and a TV for video games. Or...it's a great place for a group of fisherman where you can each have your Own bed. A 67 acre nature getaway offers amazing wildlife, and relaxing sunsets. In addition to the natural terrains, it boasts trails to walk, multiple creeks, gorgeous trees, and wildlife. RV is a 2021 Zinger. Manufacturer says it can sleep 8, but I think it is safer to say 4 comfortably. Please note that the trails can be very muddy. Close to Fort Parker and Lake Mexia. An additional RV connection on site could allow for a larger party, should the guest have an RV... Please reach out for details.
