River Bluff Cottage

French doors open on to a deck overlooking a pond and back yard. This studio is attached to our home, but has a private entrance, fully stocked kitchen and bath. It feels like you are in the country but only minutes from town, the Arkansas River, and trails. A great place to stay while whitewater rafting the Royal Gorge, mtn biking, climbing, or just want to take in a meal downtown and relax on the private deck. The studio offers a queen size bed and a small couch that folds out into a bed.

This gorgeous "Glamping" teepee is located on a working Colorado Horse Ranch. The 20 ft Teepee is pitched next to a live creek that flows trough the picturesque property and sits on a elevated wood deck. The interior is beautifully furnished with a queen sized bed, fire pit, coffee maker, small gas grill and electric lanterns for light. Other items are provided to make your experience comfortable, relaxing and memorable.

It is located in a rural, peaceful location, 100 yards from Lake Meredith's North Shore on Colorado's beautiful plains. Take the walking trail to the lake, relax on the hammock under the sun shelter, or sit on the dock and enjoy the Lake Meredith's warm waters. Birding is spectacular; sunrises and sunsets will not disappoint!

Events are allowed with permission and for an additional fee. This 1-bed, 1-bath cabin is more than just a place to rest. It's a place to spend intentional quality time. It offers a retreat from the hustle and bustle of Colorado Springs yet is just minutes from grocery stores and restaurants. This historic cabin has over 100 years of history, but is well equipped with modern amenities for our guests.

2 Bedroom Guest House/Bunk House located on a 60 Acre Ranch. Beautiful views, private, horses on property, great sunrises and sunsets. Convenient to Monument, Falcon, Castle Rock, Denver and Colorado Springs. Plenty of open space to enjoy and close to the mountains as well! Very Private!

Come relax in a small country town just 45 minutes east of Denver. Enjoy the large game room, fire pit or watch a movie in the theater room. Most people rave about the 5 star bathroom. We do have a well so sand can be in the soaker tub. The tap water is fresh and safe to drink.

Enjoy country living in wide open space. Come sit on the porch and soak up sunrise/sunsets. Stargaze the galaxies at night. Comfortable suite for you to enjoy rest, peace and quiet. In inclement weather a 4 WD vehicle is recommended on the 1-1/2 mile dirt road to our place.
