Thank you for a wonderful stay at your guest house. It is in a great location being so close to the beach and also to the National Park. It is in a quiet location where you can sit in hammocks and listen to the sounds of nature, whilst also being easy to walk to the centre for tours or food. We had monkeys, toucans and macaws in the garden which was very special. Thank you for being such kind and welcoming hosts, we would definitely return here again.

Silvia does a really good job as the Internet Host, and her parents Gerardo and Vera are very kind in-house hosts. When I had trouble with the lockbox, Gerardo came to the local corner restaurant and drove me and my luggage back to the house. I was offered a room change to a room that directly overlooked the beautiful courtyard garden at the home. Hummingbirds and butterflies come regularly to this impressive garden, the flowers and plants are very big and beautiful. Vera was very helpful showing me how to use the washing machine, as well as offering to make me food. The outdoor kitchen there is very large and well-equipped with appliances and dishes. A very nice place with kindly hosts.

What a very nice location to stay. We are experienced Airbnb users. And sometimes you find a gem. We were the 2nd guests of José and Sylvia. Their enthusiasm to make us happy was exceptional. The room itself is quite small..but their welcome in their own house and great garden compensates for everything. We had a delicious Costa Rican breakfast. And we even dined with them! Now that will certainly not be done as standard... but we have enjoyed it. In short... a visit is highly recommended!

We arrived and felt like friends. They cooked New Year's Eve for us and we celebrated together with their friends and we had a very nice time together, like with us with friends. Nevertheless, our privacy was appreciated in the back of the house, in the middle of a tropical garden. We will stay in touch and hopefully see each other again one day. Thank you dear Tita and dear Carlo for our lovely stay!

Wow! A truly magical home and location. What a gem to find such a peaceful and beautiful home with hosts who are responsive and helpful. We have been traveling in Costa Rica a bit after finishing the el Camino de Costa Rica. We mostly stayed in humble home-stays and wanted something special afterwards. Casa Azul was the perfect place. Location is both remote and in walking distance to some great restaurants and stores. The community there is so welcoming. Both Liz and Sam are good communicators and patient. Sam helped us connect with a taxi driver who drove us to their home at night. We were coming by bus from the Osa Peninsula so it was unpredictable when we’d arrived. To have a taxi driver who was ok with our shifting arrival time due to the bus being late was such a relief. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We had a wonderful time, the hostess is eager to serve us the best, super flexible check in and check out, very kind. We will definitely return every time we need to stay in Perez Zeledon, everything is close to the accommodation.

Beautiful cottage in the middle of the jungle! Lots of animals everywhere. We particularly liked the outdoor kitchen where we had breakfast with hummingbirds every day.

Great lodging. It was very clean and tidy. The air conditioning worked really well. It is very good to sleep at ease. In case of walking, if you have to walk about 15 minutes from the main track, but overall it was very good

I felt very comfortable with Maria. She's a great hostess. The room is clean and has air conditioning. The area is safe, but you have to go uphill 20 minutes from the center, which I personally didn't mind. I would recommend it to anyone

Sounds nice, make it twice! We had such a wonderful stay at Lapalapa, we had to return. Once again we arrived to a wonderfully clean and comfortable room just seconds from the beach. Diego greeted us with another warm welcome. He is an excellent host. The bed, the shower and amenities are all perfect!

A wonderful house with a beautiful garden and common spaces. Perfect for our one night stay in San Isidro, and many others were there for longer stays. Thank you for your hospitality Pepo!

Collette was a lovely host. We came from a music festival and caught her a bit off guard with. We shared lots of love and wisdom with each other. Beautiful property. Peaceful and rejuvenating. Had trouble adding and paying for an additional night during excessive wifi problems on the property.

If you are looking for a quiet, exotic location to stay in Costa Rica, this one is it. Morning coffee with stunning sun rises, watching and hearing of a variety of birds inhabiting the trees on the property, and quiet evenings strolling the grounds made for an ideal stay. Accommodations are new with plenty of room and modern comforts. We enjoyed the stunning views of the mountains, the well-manicured grounds to walk in, and the hike to the river Pacuare that starts at the end of the driveway. The river is rated one of the 5 cleanest in the world and offers small waterfalls to soak in and some of the top rafting experiences. Other tours nearby are nature/bird tours on foot or on horseback and coffee plantation tours. Giselle, our host, was very helpful in answering all our questions about the area; the COVID requirements in Costa Rica and testing sites nearby for our departure to U.S.; and how to find and access the property. She responded quickly to our communications and took the time to check in on us after we arrived to ensure we were comfortable. Am looking forward to visiting again and exploring more of the area.

Randall is a very kind and nice Person, he is specialist in many tours, such as Waterfall etc.... The place is very nice, has a kitchen, bathroom, living room a great outdoors patio, where you can see all kind of birds, very spezial. We can highly recommend to stay here.
