Waterfront holiday rentals in Limón Province

Great host Stephanie and Co- host Meri very responsive and flexible. Very clean units , we stayed in studio for a week and like it rebooked one bedroom few weeks later and we will go there again. Great location beautiful beach kind of private. There is close by restaurant Almond &Corals if you buy drinks or food you can use their beach sitting area,we found it useful if you needed beach chairs. Pool is deep and cold a little bit small but you don’t needed since the beach is very close and beautiful. We really enjoyed the birds in the morning while having coffee. The place is small and cute very modern kind of smart houses, furnished thoughtfully, just needed more specific instructions to use the entrance doors,for example to activate the locks you can’t wave to activated needed to be in touched the surface get the light to enter the codes opposite than what we have. That would be nice if they had flash light for nights and umbrellas for rainy days. We enjoyed our stay in Casa Camerlo

We cannot say enough about our stay! Paz was so helpful from the start, giving us a flexible check-in, giving us lots of recommendations, friendly conversation, answering any questions we had right away. The pictures/descriptions matched the room exactly. It was a beautiful, bright, open and airy space with cool AC. We could’ve stayed a week in the room because of the amount of space. A plus was the balcony for people watching while having a nice drink. Next time we’re in Puerto Viejo, we will be staying here again! Pura Vida Paz!

Pamela was very accommodating in recommending activities and local sights, helped me with communication since I speak very little Spanish , and her and her family treated me as if I was family myself. Her mom was an excellent cook, offering regular meals. They cooked up my catch from a fishing charter I had taken and went above and beyond expectations in preparing the meal. You could tell that they took pride in their property in making it feel very accommodating. You could access the beach right from the property. The wildlife tour Pamela recommended was very close by, and was the best of the three tours I had taken while I was in Costa Rica. I look forward to going to Costa Rica again, and would definitely stay here again.

We spent two nights here. Everything was perfect. The accommodation had the necessities and by car it is located close to everything you will need. It was very quiet and the garden was beautiful. We would have liked to stay longer. Thank you again for this stay. I highly recommend this accommodation.

Great accomandation for digital nomads! The wifi is really good. The area is super quiet and chill & has plenty full of wildlife. You have everything you need nearby. I would recommend renting a bike for an extra smooth experience but you can also easily get around on foot. 10/10 would recommend! :)

Our stay at this property was absolutely incredible, with a breathtaking view! The room was clean, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped. The concierge was welcoming, and we appreciated for a hot shower and fresh towels. The pool area was stunning and well-maintained.However, there are a few areas that could be improved. It good to have coffee or tea for guest, and we were surprised to find there was no iron. Additionally, some house rules were unexpected, such as the prohibition on drones and no BBQs, despite them being shown in the photos. Although the balcony is shared with other guests, we were fortunate to have it mostly to ourselves. The bar chairs on the balcony were not very comfortable, and there was only one patio chair for the two of us. We also felt a bit uncomfortable with the presence of several cameras on the property, including one right of our apartment. Despite these minor issues, our overall experience was fantastic! We would definitely stay again!

You can never get enough of the view! Amazing place and surroundings. Totally recommend this place to stay. Friendly hosts! We loved our stay, we will definitely come back. It is very up on a hill so don’t expect to walk to town center Uvita, you will need a car (4x4 on rainy season). But the drive is totally worth it.

One of the best places I’ve ever been to, fell in love with the “rinconcito” forever already planning on our next time there… soooo cozy clean, Prestine, ideal for a romantic get away gives you the sensation of being in a luxury and secluded piece of paradise with the clear waters and golden sand of a private island type of feeling…. Definitely Top list place from now on.

This beautiful home is located in the jungle and is an absolute masterpiece of a property. Seeing monkeys in the yard that you’re staying at was a really cool experience. The host was so helpful with recommendations on the way in and on the way out of town. Our car even broke down and he sent his assistant to be able to help us out. His assistant was able to get the car started and they refused to take any money from us. Beautiful house from beautiful people. So grateful.

100% would be back! The hot tub was perfect, the bed delicious. Very close is the Biological Center Fudebiol, it is worth to get to know. Very nice everything and the super well equipped kitchen with everything you might need :)

Just wow. What a beautifull house in the middle of the jungle nearby one of the best beach of the zone. So comforrtables that every room has his own bathroom. The view of the office for working makes you wanna live and stay there. Thank you so much for this space!

Casa Fishplanx was absolutely perfect! The home is beautiful and the neighborhood is fantastic! Very private and quiet, you may even forget there are neighbors! This place is so nice and I can’t wait to come back. It is nearby to small and large grocery stores, restaurants, banks, bakeries, cafes…just about everything you could need. The house was met squeaky clean and had all the amenities you could need. The home is large and set up very nicely as two rooms are on one side of the home and the master is on the other. The pool was a dream…warm and refreshing, cleaned regularly! Host is very communicative and provided plenty of information before our arrival. I absolutely can not say enough about this beautiful home. If you are planning to be in this area, GO! You will definitely not be disappointed!

David’s place was absolutely breathtakingly beautiful! Lots of amenities and the staff were so welcoming and kind!

This place is amazing! We went for our honeymoon! What an adventure. The house is up the mountain where you feel like you’re in the middle of the rainforest with lots of wildlife but it’s also convenient to grocery’s restaurants and shopping. We simply did not want to leave! The indoor outdoor shower is private for those who don’t want to be seen but also giving that showering outside feeling with the sounds of the wildlife and rain. House was immaculate and host was very generous with recommendations. Tv internet air conditioning hot water and a backup system in the event power goes out. Amazing stay! Want to come again

Beautiful house with an excellent location, the area is very quiet and with very good privacy. We loved the pool and the ranch with a grill. Susana is very communicative and responds quickly. This property is highly recommended.

Above all it was excellent We were surprised to arrive and see such a beautiful, tidy, organized and clean place, the pool is quite deep (about 1.70cm since I measure 1.47 and did not reach the bottom) Which is quite comfortable to swim at ease and dive for a while, the kitchen is very well equipped⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ With Victor I did not have to wait 2 minutes for him to respond, he always gave with the result of my inquiries, and Gabriela undoubtedly to some very kind and attentive to our needs, the place is just as in the photos, close to beaches and the place is very quiet to take a walk, go to eat, beach and even waterfalls(10 minutes by car) I recommend it quite a bit, in short we will come back some day⭐⭐⭐⭐

Carolina is always very attentive and respectful. I go three times a month and I love how Carolina helps us and treats us with great respect.

Beautiful macaws in the tree right outside the hotel! The owners are a very nice family and live on-site for support if needed. The communal kitchen was actually kept very clean, and each room has a designated section in the fridge and a box for non-refrigerated foods. The communal space was a nice way to meet others in the hotel. It isn’t a very walkable area, but that’s Uvita in general, so I’d recommend having a car or renting a scooter in the town (the hotel has plenty of parking spots). I worked remotely while there and the wifi was good for video calls.

We absolutely loved staying at Jan's place. Both Jan and Yoshi went above and beyond in answering any questions we had prior to arriving, including providing us a connection to book tours ahead of time. They were also flexible and kind when our plans changed a couple weeks before the trip, and we very much appreciated that. When there, they sent us lots of recommendations for beaches/restaurants, along with answering any questions we had promptly. The house was clean and the gardens were just stunning. With the private gate and location we felt safe staying there, and the possibility to lock valuables up in a safe was a great extra option. We loved being able to just walk a few steps to the beautiful beach even just to have our morning coffee by the water :) All in all, we would definitely recommend staying at Jan/Yoshi's place. The beautiful location combined with the responsive, helpful hosts made our trip so enjoyable. If ever in the location we would love to stay again!
