Casa Zen is a beautiful holiday penthouse with two spacious terraces to enjoy amazing views over the mountains and the sea. It's recently renovated with a fully equiped kitchen, new bathrooms and new furniture. It offers a peaceful and stylish experience, being in the center of Albir at only 3 min walking distance from the main beach and the walking promenade with a large variety of nice restaurants. There is also a community swimming pool to relax. It's on the third floor, no elevator.

Prachtige casita in L’Alfas del Pi. "Casita Me Gusta" is part of a spacious villa with a lovely swimming pool, several terraces and a private parking. The casita is nicely furnished and everything is on the ground floor. On the private terrace of 60m2(!) with all day sun you can enjoy. A walk through the fenced garden and you will reach the pool! There is a possibility to massage at home. Perfect base for cyclists, hikers and motorcyclists. Peace, space and close to everything!

Now with air conditionned!Situated in a quiet area.40 m2 apartment,4 KM from Benidorm.The areas to share are the swimming pool,garden and barbecue.Not far away from restaurants ,the beach is 1,5 KM away. In July and August,there is no discount and the arrivals and departures are only sSaturdays. Please bring your own towels and bed sheets! The costs of water and electricity will be added. The swimming pool is in funcion from May until mid October.

Communication with Alejandro was very easy and prompt. He gave great intstructions and it was very nice that he was ok that we only arrived round midnight. The appartment is great and very clean. Balcony is lovely and neighbourhood quiet. We would certainly come again and recommend this accomodation.

I stayed at Lina's place early May 2025 with 3 other people and we would definitely return next time we are over there. From the minute we booked, right through to leaving at the end of our holiday, Lina and her sister Paz were exceptional. Due to the late arrival of our flight (did not get to the apartment until 10:45pm) we were unsure how we would get the keys at that time of night as it wasn't a key safe, but Lina arranged for her sister to meet us at the apartment with the keys and showed us everything we needed to know for the duration of our stay. The apartment itself is pristine, exactly how the pictures show, including the balcony overlooking the pool, which was drenched in sun each morning - perfect for an early morning cuppa in the sun! The location is perfect for everything in the area and is only a few minutes’ walk to the beach where there are plenty of places to eat & drink. We have already shared the link with other people and will definitely stay there again!
