Farmstay holiday rentals in Limousin

Logement bien équipé et bien situé. Nous avons passé un excellent mois au coin du feu, au calme, entourés de nature. A proximité de petites villes avec des activités, supermarchés et 20min de Perigueux Environ 2h de Sarlat et autres sites magnifiques de la Dordogne. Meme si beaucoup de choses sont fermées en Janvier, nous ne nous sommes pas ennuyés! Communication facile et agreable avec Jacques et sa fille Claire-Helene. Hotes accomodants, nous nous sommes bien ressourcés. Lit bien confortable aussi qui est un bonus! Merci pour tout

Je ne peux que valider tout ce qui a déjà été écrit dans les précédents avis. Maison très bien rénové, lieu paisible et ressourçant. Encore mieux que ce que nous souhaitions, juste envie de prolonger et de ne pas reprendre la routine quotidienne.

Le gîte d'Anais est vraiment charmant ! Ancien bâtiment de ferme restauré avec goût. Nous avons apprécié la grande pièce de vie et coin salon au frais pour se reposer ,le tout très bien équipé en simplicité. On s'est senti comme dans une maison de famille où on se retrouve ! Table à l'extérieur avec vue sur les collines et les champs et même un petit espace extérieur à l'abri pour profiter si trop chaud ou pluie . Esprit buccolique . Anaïs est discrète, disponible et réactive. Très bon contact. Merci Anaïs.

We had a great couple of weeks here. It proved an ideal location from which to explore the Périgord Vert. A very peaceful spot with a secure garden for our dog and walks nearby. The facilities in the cottage were excellent and as described and we really appreciated the bottle of wine and home made cake on arrival. The pool was very relaxing and comfortable and easily warm enough to swim in late May. There is an (excellent) boulangerie in the nearest village which is walkable and supermarkets for provisions in Brantôme. Several nearby towns had markets. Suzy and Steve (and Alfie) were lovely hosts and we fully recommend it. It was exactly what we wanted.

This country guest home is a great setting to relax, and rest after a full day of sightseeing and traveling. Valerie received us and explained well the home set up and answered any questions. The Jacuzzi was a big plus and we had relaxing meals in the back patio and used the grill while accompanied by the curious lambs and chickens roaming free but separate from our space, adding to the wonderful feeling of connecting with your surroundings, we didn’t access the river but you have the option to kayak if thats your thing. highly recommend.

Un hâvre de paix dans un bel environnement verdoyant, au calme, avec une vue magnifique et la compagnie des animaux (Jack le lama, les ânesses Lulu, Stella et Bella et deux chats). Que demander de plus ! Je remercie Corinne pour son accueil chaleureux, sa gentillesse, sa disponibilité et sa discrétion durant le séjour. La piscine est parfaite pour nager ou pour se détendre. beaucoup de sites magnifiques à visiter dans la région. J'ai déjà en vie d'y retourner ! Encore merci Corinne !

Great recommendations for Chateau's, Restaurants and things to do. We had 8 nights and could have easily had 8 more and still not seen a fraction of what the area has to offer. Very private and quiet location. I would give Caroline's beautiful Gite 6 stars if able

La cabane est magnifique avec le jacuzzi c’était top très calme et reposant Nous avons était très bien accueilli à notre arrivée, les instructions était clair est précise Je recommande

We spent a night at Virginia’s place and we did not want to leave, it was so peaceful and relaxing. The parking was easy and next to the property and Virginia greeted us on our arrival. The property was amazing and the grounds very extensive with lovely views. We would definitely stay here again if ever we are in the area. Thank you for the gift Virginia, it was lovely to meet you 😊

We were met by his beautiful dogs on arrival making us feeling immediately welcome, followed by Gideon who welcomed us like we were part of the family. Gideon and his wife couldn’t have done enough, always being around for a chat, or just for a quick wave and smile. This truly is the most peaceful and beautiful setting to escape the reality of city life. The house its self was beautiful with vaulted ceilings and exposed original brick, they have got the perfect balance of rustics and contemporary. We couldn’t fault a thing and whoever gets to stay here next, is sure to love it just as much as we did!

Un super weekend chez Laurence, le gîte est fidèle aux photos, ce fut un véritable plaisir d'y séjourner. Les équipements sont de qualité, idem pour la literie, le temps ne nous a pas permis de profiter du jardin mais il est très agréable et sans vis à vis. Communication excellente avec notre hôte qui nous attendait à notre arrivée, les conseils et recommandations d'activités et de restaurants aux alentours ont été très appréciés. On serait bien resté plusieurs jours supplémentaires, merci de proposer un lieu aussi chouette pour les citadins en manque de verdure !

Perfect stay for us with our 8-month old. The accommodation was excellent - larger than the pictures suggest. Little back garden just perfect for dining and the pool was a major plus on hot days. Horses, donkeys, ponies, chickens, cats and dogs all close by! Wonderful attentive hosts. Perfect location to explore the Dordogne region. Highly recommended!

Another wonderful overnight stay in this accomodation. It’s a beautiful barn, well equipped with comfortable bed and located in the most beautiful , peaceful location. Thank you Marion for the warm welcome and extras left for us to use. Look forward to our return stay.

What a beautiful little spot in Eymoutiers :) we had the most amazing time visiting family, it was so lovely to have this place to come back to every day! The house was beautiful, clean and perfectly equipped. The photos don’t do it justice! The setting was beautiful and we particularly loved the goats and sheep who kept us entertained for hours. On reviendra!! Merci :)

L'hôte est très réactif. Description de la maison très fidèle à l'annonce. Cadre paisible et facile d'accès. La vue est magnifique. La maison est super jolie et agréable. On s'y sent comme à la maison. Maison très équipée. Les lits simples de la mezzanine adaptés pour des enfants et ados (pas adultes). Patrick, son bras droit nous a accueilli chaleureusement et très disponible.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans un lieu confortable et paisible. Tout y est jusqu'aux jeux pour petits et grands. Un grand merci à Vincent et Stéphanie pour leur disponibilité et félicitations pour ce gite. Un seul tout petit bémol, la piscine n'est pas chauffée (c'est très juste mi-mai) Un petit point qui pourrait peut-être être envisagé pour viser la perfection.

Nous avons fait une pause chez Jérémy et Cédric pendant notre road trip avec mon conjoint, notre fille et nos deux chiens… et quelle pause ! 😍 Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec une bienveillance incroyable. Jérémy et Cédric sont des hôtes exceptionnels, chaleureux et attentionnés. (Tout comme avec leurs trois adorables chiens) Le logement est impeccable et on s’y sent tout de suite comme à la maison. Entre la piscine, le jacuzzi, le cadre reposant, et même un petit apéro partagé en soirée, tout était réuni pour un moment parfait. Merci encore pour cette belle parenthèse. On repassera, c’est certain ! 💛

Nous avons passé un super séjour ! Cette ancienne grange aménagée est superbement rénovée, très cosy, nous avons été très à l’aise pendant ces quelques jours. Meryt est disponible, chaleureuse et réactive. Merci et à bientôt
