Caroline and Gilles are very warm and friendly hosts who were immediately available for questions. The listing is as described in the photos. It is a truly exceptional, very large apartment. The living room (formerly the station hall) resembles a museum, Caroline and Gilles have collected old station utensils and pictures and exhibited them there. The house and garden are lovingly restored and designed, the two have invested a lot of work (and money) to turn the old train station into a wonderful accommodation. There is nothing missing in the kitchen. The center of Le Bugue is about 1 km away, via the beautiful bike path "voie verte" it is 4 km. We enjoyed the bike tours and our accommodation very much. I also enjoyed the personal contact and a little "chat" in the evening, so I could once again use my "rusty" French skills. Thank you for everything!

Functional apartment near the city center.

Our stay at Florence's was perfect. The accommodation is large, the bedding comfortable, the kitchen well-equipped. Everything was perfectly clean, the pool was very well maintained and always clean, as well as the jacuzzi. With the heatwave during our stay, we greatly appreciated the pool and the accommodation keeps the coolness very well! The surrounding garden is very pleasant for resting, having an aperitif... Lots of tourist sites to visit around. Florence gave us plenty of tips on the surroundings (restaurants, markets...) Very friendly welcome, very nice and warm host. We recommend it!

We really enjoyed our 9 nights in this beautiful comfortable apartment in the old historic quarter of Bergerac. Even though it was still middle of June there were some quite hot days and it was good to have 2 powerful fans and possible to open windows in 2 directions. It was extra bonus to have the balcony and have the breakfast our there

Frankly, I've rarely had a rental of this quality on Airbnb. My friends and I from Beziers felt at home with the hosts for 4 days. The house is spacious, very well decorated and very functional. A crazy terrace overlooking the pool and a huge garden. In short, a golden opportunity to keep between us for more availability on future reservations. We had a great time with the family (with two young children and our dog). The accommodation was spotless, very clean, pleasant to live in and perfectly as advertised. The environment is quiet and relaxing, ideal for relaxing. The host was very welcoming and responsive to our messages, which made our stay even more serene. The arrival at the accommodation was easy. The apartment is well maintained and close to all kinds of hiking activities. The shops in the city are very nice, especially the Le Moulin de l'Ecureuil bakery. We had a pleasant stay with our dog in this mountain setting.
