Farmstay holiday rentals in Limousin

Well equipped and good location. We had a great month by the fire, quiet, surrounded by nature. Close to small towns with activities, supermarkets and 20min from Perigueux About 2 hours from Sarlat and other beautiful sites in the Dordogne. Even though a lot of things are closed in January, we didn't get bored! Easy and pleasant communication with Jacques and his daughter Claire-Helene. Friendly hosts, we recharged ourselves. Comfortable bed too which is a bonus! Thank you for everything

I can only validate everything that has already been written in previous reviews. Very well renovated house, peaceful and refreshing place. Even better than we wanted, just want to extend and not resume the daily routine.

Anais's cottage is really charming! Old farm building tastefully restored. We enjoyed the large living room and cool seating area to rest, all very well equipped in simplicity. We felt like we were in a family home where we met! Table outside with view of the hills and fields and even a small sheltered outdoor space to enjoy if too hot or rainy. Bucolic spirit. Anaïs is discreet, available and responsive. Very nice contact. Thank you Anaïs.

We had a great couple of weeks here. It proved an ideal location from which to explore the Périgord Vert. A very peaceful spot with a secure garden for our dog and walks nearby. The facilities in the cottage were excellent and as described and we really appreciated the bottle of wine and home made cake on arrival. The pool was very relaxing and comfortable and easily warm enough to swim in late May. There is an (excellent) boulangerie in the nearest village which is walkable and supermarkets for provisions in Brantôme. Several nearby towns had markets. Suzy and Steve (and Alfie) were lovely hosts and we fully recommend it. It was exactly what we wanted.

This country guest home is a great setting to relax, and rest after a full day of sightseeing and traveling. Valerie received us and explained well the home set up and answered any questions. The Jacuzzi was a big plus and we had relaxing meals in the back patio and used the grill while accompanied by the curious lambs and chickens roaming free but separate from our space, adding to the wonderful feeling of connecting with your surroundings, we didn’t access the river but you have the option to kayak if thats your thing. highly recommend.

A haven of peace in a beautiful green environment, quiet, with a magnificent view and the company of animals (Jack the llama, the donkeys Lulu, Stella and Bella and two cats). What more could you ask for! I thank Corinne for her warm welcome, kindness, availability and discretion during the stay. The pool is perfect for swimming or relaxing. Lots of beautiful sites to visit in the area. I'm already planning to go back! Thanks again Corinne!

Great recommendations for Chateau's, Restaurants and things to do. We had 8 nights and could have easily had 8 more and still not seen a fraction of what the area has to offer. Very private and quiet location. I would give Caroline's beautiful Gite 6 stars if able

The cabin is beautiful with the jacuzzi, it was great, very quiet and relaxing We were very well received on our arrival, the instructions were clear and precise I recommend

We spent a night at Virginia’s place and we did not want to leave, it was so peaceful and relaxing. The parking was easy and next to the property and Virginia greeted us on our arrival. The property was amazing and the grounds very extensive with lovely views. We would definitely stay here again if ever we are in the area. Don’t hesitate to book this pretty, perfectly equipped gite . Such a lovely place to stay . Peaceful location and lovely views. Ania was such a pleasant host , friendly, considerate and helpful. The welcome treats were much appreciated.

We were met by his beautiful dogs on arrival making us feeling immediately welcome, followed by Gideon who welcomed us like we were part of the family. Gideon and his wife couldn’t have done enough, always being around for a chat, or just for a quick wave and smile. This truly is the most peaceful and beautiful setting to escape the reality of city life. The house its self was beautiful with vaulted ceilings and exposed original brick, they have got the perfect balance of rustics and contemporary. We couldn’t fault a thing and whoever gets to stay here next, is sure to love it just as much as we did!

A great weekend at Laurence's, the cottage is faithful to the photos, it was a real pleasure to stay there. The amenities are good quality, the same for the bedding, the weather did not allow us to enjoy the garden but it is very nice and not overlooked. Excellent communication with our host who was waiting for us on arrival, the advice and recommendations for activities and restaurants nearby were very much appreciated. We would have stayed several more days, thank you for offering such a nice place for city dwellers in need of greenery!

Perfect stay for us with our 8-month old. The accommodation was excellent - larger than the pictures suggest. Little back garden just perfect for dining and the pool was a major plus on hot days. Horses, donkeys, ponies, chickens, cats and dogs all close by! Wonderful attentive hosts. Perfect location to explore the Dordogne region. Highly recommended!

What a beautiful little spot in Eymoutiers :) we had the most amazing time visiting family, it was so lovely to have this place to come back to every day! The house was beautiful, clean and perfectly equipped. The photos don’t do it justice! The setting was beautiful and we particularly loved the goats and sheep who kept us entertained for hours. The host is very responsive. Description of the house very faithful to the listing. Peaceful and easy to access. The views are beautiful. The house is super cute and nice. It feels like home. Very well-equipped house. The single beds on the mezzanine are suitable for children and teens (not adults). Patrick, his right-hand man, welcomed us warmly and was very available.

We had a pleasant stay in a comfortable and peaceful place. Everything is there, including games for young and old. A big thank you to Vincent and Stéphanie for their availability and congratulations on this cottage. One small downside, the pool is not heated (it's very fair mid-May) A small point that could perhaps be considered to aim for perfection.

We took a break at Jérémy and Cédric's during our road trip with my spouse, our daughter and our two dogs... and what a break! 😍 Upon our arrival, we were greeted with incredible kindness. Jérémy and Cédric are exceptional, warm and caring hosts. (Just like with their three adorable dogs) The accommodation is impeccable and you immediately feel at home. Between the pool, the jacuzzi, the relaxing setting, and even a small aperitif shared in the evening, everything was there for a perfect moment. Again, thank you for this beautiful break.
