Family home in the countryside

Warm house surrounded by century-old trees. Fully renovated two-story house. Downstairs living room with fireplace (insert), dining room, kitchen, dining area, one bedroom with separate toilet and bathroom. Upstairs is an open bedroom with two single beds (see photo) and a master suite. You will be greeted by Guy and Elisabeth who live on the estate. You will find dairy products (milk, butter, cheese, cream, dishes) in the neighboring farm.

In the heart of the peaceful Limousin countryside, nestled between Limoges, Saint-Léonard-de-Noblat and Eymoutiers, this cottage harmoniously blends tradition and modernity to offer a relaxing setting. This authentic Limousin residence, built around an old bread oven, was a real favorite for us and we are sure that its beautiful stones, chestnut woodwork and unobstructed view of the surrounding countryside will not fail to seduce you.

Comfortable eco-lodge 5 km from the A89 (exit 22) on the banks of the river. For vacations, sightseeing, work. Need to recharge your batteries? Treat yourself to a moment of calm in our small, simple and friendly waterfront cabin, recently refurbished. Walking trails on site with waterfalls and marked trails. Conveniently located 10 min from Lac des Bariousses, 15 min from Treignac and 30 min from Lake Vassivière; you can enjoy on site tennis activities, a walk in the forest or along the river at no extra cost. You can also fish on the pond.

Station lamp post

You will sleep in the former lamp storehouse of the Pérols-sur-Vézère train station. You will have a view of our garden, the sheep certainly, the chickens as well as the rails. These small regional trains stop 10 times a day and do not run at night. This small habitat has been completely renovated with salvaged materials. The stone walls are original and therefore restored with cement and lime mortar.
