Cottage holiday rentals in Lincoln City

This house was perfect for a long family weekend over Memorial Day. Close to the beach in the adorable Bella Beach community. Space for everyone in the house!

This house was very cute and clean. The beds were comfy and the room set up was perfect for our group. The location was 2ish block from beach access with stairs and a (steep) ramp. A great place to stay!

The grandson never stopped going and there was always more to do. He loved the foosball table and the loft sleeping area and the hot tub was a family favorite after a chilly morning agate hunting. He didn’t even discover the beach bag of toys till our last day. From family games to comfy surroundings and plenty of room not to get in each others way, it was a good choice for us. We thoroughly enjoyed the visit.

Perfect spot for my husband and I. Very cute home. Loved that it’s on a private street, so you feel like you’re on a little hidden getaway at the top of the hill but still close to all fun things in Newport! You can walk to coffee and a mini mart right down the road! Hope to book again!

My daughters and I spent a weekend celebrating Mother’s Day and a birthday. We had not been to this beach area for many years and thoroughly enjoyed reminiscing. The house and location was beautiful, quiet and restful. We did note that the house sleeps 8 and while the kitchen supplies and dining area was very adequate, there were only 5 places to sit in the living room. It was cozy and comfortable for the three of us and we were making plans as we left, on when to return. (In packing to leave, it’s a habit to check under beds and dressers for the errant sock or ??? and found that those areas had not been vacuumed or swept in quite some time. To balance that disappointment out, one daughter was concerned she left an item and Lisa was very kind to search the house for us.)

We had a great stay! The sunsets were beautiful! The house included more than described, which was great!

Our stay at Breakers End was wonderful from start to finish! The location couldn’t be better, and every detail was thoughtfully designed and well-appointed. The description was spot on, and Hillary went above and beyond with her communication. She even helped return an item we accidentally left behind. My kids want to go back so they can play in the big private yard and the lofted alcove again! I can’t recommend this place, and its fantastic host, highly enough.

We loved our stay and would love to stay again! The house was well equipped for our group. It had plenty of parking and was just a very short walk to the beach. It had anything and everything you’d need for a trip to the coast. The hosts were very friendly and responsive, but the house was perfect so we never had to even connect with our hosts during the stay. One big positive was the smell. Everyone can think of the musty beach house smell. This house was completely beach vibe without the damp smell that usually accompanies houses on the Oregon coast. Being dog friendly was just the cherry on top. We look forward to getting the family together again to stay here.

I recently stayed at Andy’s beautiful, dog-friendly Airbnb with a stunning ocean view, and it was the perfect peaceful escape. The space was clean, cozy, and full of natural light. The host was incredibly thoughtful. They provided dog dishes and a comfy dog bed, which made traveling with my pup so easy and comfortable. Although it rained during most of the stay, coming from California, I actually found it refreshing. The sound of the rain and the view of the ocean made for a calm, cozy atmosphere indoors. The area was quiet and serene, and check-in was smooth and simple. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax—especially if you’re bringing your dog along. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

A fantastic stay for a trip to the coast! More secluded location, but still minutes from the beach made for a very peaceful stay. Wonderful spot for a stay with kids ir dogs. Note that there is actually MORE space than is shown in the listing.

Beautiful place and quiet. Had plenty of beds for our family and games for the kids. We loved being able to come and relax before heading back out.

Jamie was so kind and responsive! Dana across the street went above and beyond with helping us out when we tripped a breaker and was always so friendly. It was a nice stay in a quiet neighborhood and walkable to outlets/restaurants/laundromat. We are very thankful for our stay and would definitely stay again!

Jennifer & Mike were so pleasant - warm welcome- very helpful to tired travelers. Their place is a quaintly, skillfully remodeled vintage motel. We loved it & highly recommend!

Loved the view and vibe of the cottage. We only had a short time in Newport but loved the time we had there. Enjoying the deck, watching the sunset wiuld be hard to beat. So beautiful!

Very cute and cozy! Arcade game was a throwback. Very neat and organized! Very short walk to the beach! Will choose this place again when planning a trip to the area!

My partner and I enjoyed a beautifully relaxing anniversary here at this charming house by the beach. We loved the character of the design like the pirate decor and ocean themes throughout the home. Everything felt very comfy and cozy!

My friend and I stayed here for a couple days, it was so lovely! The house is so close to beach access, and very near the road that takes you into Lincoln City, Depoe Bay, or other towns nearby. There are also lots of beautiful hikes nearby. The beds were really comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked with all the appliances we needed when we ended up cooking dinner one night. All around a great stay! Thank you!

This cozy cottage is a great place to visit the Oregon coast! We felt right at home and love the layout of the place. Very walkable to the beach, highly recommend to anyone looking to visit Lincoln City!

Great place within walking distance of the beach. Super clean and welcoming. Location is very close to everything you need in Lincoln City. Would for sure stay here again. Host is very kind and responsive.

Had a lovely few days in Neskowin. Accommodation is as advertised with a great balcony to enjoy morning coffee and evening sunset. Didn’t take advantage of the outdoor fire pit, but Bethany had left us firewood and s’mores fixings if we had wanted to. Super handy to have extra camp chairs to take down to the beach. Bathroom and kitchen were well stocked with hand soaps, shower gel and shampoo, and beds were super comfy. Lovely quiet neighborhood within walking distance of hawk creek cafe and the beach. Lincoln city is a 20 min drive away.

If we could give more than 5 stars we would! Best location possible. The wildlife in the backyard is remarkable. Michelle, our host, is so welcoming and so speedy in any request or questions. The caretaker, Sheri, is so fun and does such good work. She also helps to solve any issues or questions. We cannot wait to return to this heaven on earth!
