Holiday rentals with a patio in Lincolnshire

Joe and Fiona were very friendly. The place was warm and cosy and nicely furnished. Super veranda to sit out, with lovely views. Excellent WiFi. We felt very welcome. Thank you for a great visit.

I stayed in this apartment with my wife and two daughters. I could not recommend this place enough. It is literally a two minute walk to loads of nice bars and restaurants too many to choose from for the two nights stay our hosts were super accommodating and they even had the cushions on the outdoor furniture ready for us when we arrived as it was a lovely sunny day .. that is also a wine merchant just below the Appartment which is full of amazing wines .. would highly recommend this place and we hope to be back

Easy to find, located behind a pub (pub is currently closed) the lodges are situated away from the pub itself & accessed via the pub car park. Plenty of dedicated parking outside the lodges, with a step to a decked area running along the front of them, to one end of this there is a sloped ramp allowing easier access. The lodge we stayed in was bright, airy, spotless, modern and had all of the basics to provide a comfortable night's rest. Each lodge has it's own en-suite shower room, with only tea & coffee making facilities, but after chatting to Nick, he said he might be able to provide a microwave & small fridge by prior arrangement. Although Nick is not on site, he is nearby & is VERY quick to respond to any questions you might have. We had a lovely stay, with the peace & quiet we were looking for, we would highly recommend Walcott Lodges & will certainly be using them again in the future. Thankyou Nick & Anna

I had a great stay at Kay's. The property is lovely and has everything you could possibly need, it's such a nice tranquil space - definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area!

Beautiful and comfortable, the Rectors Retreat was a wonderful long weekend stay. Private parking was a godsend and meant not paying for expensive parking during our stay. The location is brilliant being just around the corner from Steep Hill and a stones throw from the Castle & Cathedral. No issue with noise in a big city is always a plus. Only things to note was how warm it was upon arrival, all radiators were on full blast. Luckily plenty of lovely space to let cool air in and a fan is provided. The oven caught us out as you have to set a time after setting the temperature. But Valerie was prompt in her response and explanation after we contacted her about having a problem with the oven. An amazing stay in Lincoln near anything and everything you could wish to see or visit in the lovely city.

We had an amazing stay at Bradley East Wing. The cottage was beautiful with a lot of attention to detail - fresh flowers from the garden were a fantastic touch. A very peaceful stay. Anna & Ian were very hospitable & no query was too much. We are very much looking forward to a future stay

Extremely clean for a dog friendly place. Chalet was very well stocked with things like towels and cleaning supplies, even a fan which was greatly appreciated in the warm weather. Perfectly situated near the beach with lots of things to do. Tv and internet connection were great making it a comfortable place to relax. Would definitely recommend.

This property was a perfect place to come back to after a days racing at cadwell park. Everything that you need, and a helpful folder to guide you through the necessities. Spotlessly clean. Will absolutely make this our base for future visits

Highly recommend this beautiful chalet for a visit to the Fitties in Humberston. This is our 3rd visit to the Fitties, which is already a very special place, but WOW, this chalet is really something special. The open kitchen/living space is absolutely flooded with light and the views onto the dunes are just amazing. We visited in late May and shallows were zooming around all evening. The listing was just as described with all you could need for self-catering. The beds were extremely comfortable and the linens and bedding all of the finest quality. we did struggle with WIFI and reception- however this seems a problem across the Fitties anx we actually enjoyed the disconnect and embraced it. if you're going to work you may struggle but to relax and unwind it was perfect. 2 nights just not long enough. Hosts always kind and responsive. We hope to return! Thank you.

Myself and my friends have just spent the most enjoyable weekend in Christine's property . We were attending a concert in the castle grounds and it's location was superb. The property itself has been finished to a high standard and was very comfortable. Everything we needed was there and communication was prompt. The extended check out made for a leisurely breakfast on the beautiful patio . I would thoroughly recommend and hopefully will be returning myself.

We had a lovely stay while over for an event in the area. It was so peaceful at the house and very relaxing - the hot tub was a bonus too. Check-in was very easy and we found the house very easily, even in the dark. The whole house was very clean and looked like new. Will hopefully be able to return.

Melanie was an outstanding host very helpful and friendly, the property is amazing and well laid out the kitchen/dining room is very spacious, the beds are extremely comfortable and bathrooms are spotlessly clean. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to have a family gathering as there is lots of space the peaceful location is a bonus and the surrounding countryside is a picture we even had a deer in the garden which joined us for breakfast!! Will definitely stay again when in the local area

Had the most relaxing stay at this beautiful place, sad to he home. the apartment was lovely and very homely with everything you need and more, Its a nice short walk into the town centre, the area is so peaceful and calming and everyone is so friendly, lots of nice walks close by for the doggies. The hosts have put alot of effort into creating a welcome pack to help you get to know the area and what's close by. Thank you so much would 100% recommend

Adrian’s place is stunning clean and bright with beautiful furnishings..really feels like home from home ..amazing sea view from the bay window where you can sit and eat breakfast and watch the world go by …fully equipped kitchen with everything you need ..the flat is huge with a long corridor ..lots of space and storage in the cosy bedrooms ..the bathroom is lovely with a great hot shower ..we especially loved the quality thick towels that smelt fresh ..the little outside space is a sun trap .so nice to sit out there with a cuppa ..we slept well as it was extremely quiet and peaceful at night ..Adrian was on hand if ever we needed anything..we really enjoyed our stay here and would absolutely recommend to friends and family ..we will definitely be back for another stay ..location is perfect less than ten mins to walk into the hustle and bustle..also round the corner there’s a shop 5 mins away and a bus stop bang outside the flat ..this place has it all

enjoyed our stay, thank you. right next to a fish and chips shop a couple of great bars within walking distance and directly on the sea front. the flat has a lovely outside seating area, big bonus is private parking. bed was super comfy. we will be back

I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful Airbnb for two nights, and it was an absolute delight from start to finish. The interior of the home was stunning—tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail made it feel both luxurious and welcoming. The location was equally impressive, with breathtaking views that added an extra layer of peace and relaxation to the stay. Whether it was enjoying a morning coffee or winding down in the evening, the scenery was truly a highlight.

Another lovely few days in Woodhall Spa. A fabulous location right in the town near to everything you could need. The apartment is beautiful and fabulously quirky! And the treats left by Harriet make for a special break.

Well appointed apartment, both bedrooms with en suite. The accommodation was spotlessly clean. We stayed during the school holidays and it was relatively peaceful with only a few people walking past. Street parking was always available outside.

What can I say, the cottage was fabulous. The welcome basket and fridge was overflowing with items for us to use, also there was the hot chocolate maker which had the ceramic cups and 4 bags of the hot chocolate mix to make lots of delicious hot chocolate. Everywhere you looked there was something else which had been left for you. In the bathroom, there is a basket with all sorts of little things (just in case you forgot to pack them) ie make up removing cloths, toothpaste etc. The bed I could have taken home with us, it was so comfy with gorgeous bed linen and soft towels in the bathroom. We only stopped three nights and wished we had booked it for a full week. (But there is always next time) We had meals at the Grainstore Brewery and also the early bird menu at Sarpech, both meals again were fab. Sue is great to speak to, and was very pleased we liked the cottage so much. Thanks for being great hosts x
