Das 1 Zimmer-Apartment liegt im EG eines 2016 sanierten Altbau-Mehrfamilien-Hauses im schönen Köln Lindenthal, kurz vor dem Kölner Gürtel, Nähe Uniklinik. Trotz der zentralen Lage (Bus in die Innenstadt und Bahn nach Ehrenfeld nur eine Minute entfernt) ist es im Apartment ruhig, da es sich in einem Hinterhaus befindet. Das Apartment - früher Teil einer Schreinerei die zur Wohnung saniert wurde - besticht durch seinen Altbau-Charme, in Kombination mit einer stylischen, hochwertigen Einrichtung.

A beautiful view of Cologne from the 27th floor

Very nice flat with balcony well-equipped in the center of Cologne near Barbarossaplatz. You will find a bus stop (buses and tram) in front of the building. The building itself provide bars and restaurants and nearby you'll find a supermarket that opens until midnight, cash machine and more restaurants. A modern elevator brings you to the 27th floor and from the apartment you will have a beautiful view over Cologne. A nice cot or crib can be carried without extra costs. Parking lot included.

Hier bist Du zentral angebunden und hast ein gemütliches ‚Zuhause’ während Deines Aufenthalts. Das Appartement ist zentral gelegen (Unicenter Sülz) und hat eine gute ÖVP-Anbindung. Es ist komplett ausgestattet und bietet Dir zu jeder Tageszeit eine schöne Aussicht über die Dächer von Köln, Parkmöglichkeit gegeben. Das Gebäude verfügt über eine 7/24 Rezeption. Du findest sämtliche Shops/Cafés/Restaurants in Gehdistanz. Eine U-Bahn Haltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür. Ich freue mich auf Dich!

Die Souterrain Wohnung ist nur 2min von der Linie 18 Haltestelle Klettenbergpark entfernt, mit der man direkt zum Köln HBF durchfahren kann. Im Sommer bleibt die Wohnung angenehm kalt. We loved our stay in Köln. The apartment was bright and airy, spacious and clean. It was situated in a nice neighbourhood close to Beethoven Park where there are lovely walks. Trams to the centre were just a short walk away as was REWE supermarket which we used for provisions.

Great stay at the Beverly Sulz:) Anna Maria was very sweet and made my stay very easy. Great location close to tram lines, 20 minutes to city center, everything for daily needs walkable. Rode bikes in Beethoven Park and enjoyed exploring a new part of the city. Highly recommend!

I spent a day in Cologne for work and felt very comfortable in Fabian's apartment. I especially loved the balcony, which has a lot of sun during the day. Perfect for sitting in the sun after work. Fabian was wonderfully available at all times. Highly recommend!
