Bright detached apartment in the immediate vicinity of the Rhine, quietly located in the countryside. Accessible through the garden (shared use possible). We are a family of 5 with a playful dog and 2 cats and are happy to give tips for a nice holiday. We are hosts with body and soul. The city center (cathedral...) is easily accessible by public transport and by bike (can be provided). Shops serving everyday needs can be found within walking distance. Das 1 Zimmer-Apartment liegt im EG eines 2016 sanierten Altbau-Mehrfamilien-Hauses im schönen Köln Lindenthal, kurz vor dem Kölner Gürtel, Nähe Uniklinik. Trotz der zentralen Lage (Bus in die Innenstadt und Bahn nach Ehrenfeld nur eine Minute entfernt) ist es im Apartment ruhig, da es sich in einem Hinterhaus befindet. Das Apartment - früher Teil einer Schreinerei die zur Wohnung saniert wurde - besticht durch seinen Altbau-Charme, in Kombination mit einer stylischen, hochwertigen Einrichtung.

A beautiful view of Cologne from the 27th floor

Very nice flat with balcony well-equipped in the center of Cologne near Barbarossaplatz. You will find a bus stop (buses and tram) in front of the building. The building itself provide bars and restaurants and nearby you'll find a supermarket that opens until midnight, cash machine and more restaurants. A modern elevator brings you to the 27th floor and from the apartment you will have a beautiful view over Cologne. A nice cot or crib can be carried without extra costs. Parking lot included.

Cozy apartment with beautiful four-poster bed, kitchen with microwave, ceramic stovetop and coffee maker. Free parking right outside the door. Quiet garden with seating. 6 min to the train station. 20 min to the city center. The kitchen is only suitable for smaller cooking activities as there is no exhaust fan. That's why there's only one ceramic hob.

The entrance is at street level and serves your apartment alone. The other two apartments are located in the basement of a beautiful old building next door.

South of Cologne's medieval gates in the south city is this room with its own entrance, hallway and bathroom. It is on the 3rd floor (no person, only cargo elevator) quietly out to the yard and has a spacious balcony. The room is intended for a person's stay. I'm only renting to individuals.
