Skipperhuset

🏡 Skipperhuset is the oldest house on our family farm Birkenes located in Farsund municipality. The Skipper House was built in the 19th century and has been rehabilitated several times, most recently in the spring of 2021. In collaboration with a local painting company, we are working to make the house as authentic as possible, including wallpapering the living room, kitchen and hallway with skipper house wallpaper and linseed oil paint to preserve wood, etc. The Skipperhuset has a natural place on the farm and is located wall to wall with the brewery house which has a renovated baker's oven.

Architect-designed nature cabin by idyllic water

Expanded/renovated cabin in a lovely spot in the south of Norway. You have to row across a small body of water to get to the cabin, or walk through the forest (700 meters). Here you can swim, fish for trout in the water or be lucky to see ospreys gliding over the water. There are eagle's nests not far from the cabin. Simply a magical place on the waterfront. The sleeping areas have windows so you can look out into the nature when you are lying in bed. Relaxation guaranteed! We are considering renting out to well-behaved people for a few weekends a year and a few weeks in the summer.

Great-grandfather's house - Cottage 1 km from Lindesnes lighthouse

Renovated house from the 1890s about 250 meters from the sea with panoramic views of the sea. Located about 1,5 km within walking distance from Lindesnes lighthouse (you see the lighthouse from the garden). 2 min walk to the sea with a lovely archipelago. Great hiking opportunities nearby. Possibility to borrow a boat (15 feet) with 25 hp (the tenant pays for gasoline + 2%o oil, see other information) and a canoe upon agreement. The house is furnished with modern kitchen and has throughout good standards. Small, warm garden with large terrace and nice view to the sea.

Sørlandshus by a beautiful sandy beach

Cozy Sørlandshus in the first row by the sandy beach in Southern Norway. South facing terrace overlooking the sea. Sun all day long. Fenced garden. Playground right outside the garden gate. Kitchen, dining area, living room, 3 bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, laundry room and storage room. Maximum 8 guests. Wi-Fi, 2 kayaks, 4 bodyboards, board games, and video games. A gem by the sea!

Welcome to us! Funkieshus from 2024, with large windows, lots of sun and a lovely view over the sea. Living room, dining area and kitchen in one room, 1 bathroom with shower and washing machine, 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each. Towels and beds are included in the price and beds are made on arrival. Parking inside the garage and in front of the garage door. There is a large terrace facing west, and paving stones around the house again at the entrance. Part of the outdoor area is still under renovation.

Cliff Cabin - TreeTop Fiddan

Authentic log cabin on the edge of a steep slope, surrounded by old pine forest near an organic farm. Enjoy panoramic views of treetops and the valley from a wood-fired hot tub or the fireplace in the living room while the kids play in a separate treehouse. The outdoor-toilet provides a 7-meter free-fall experience, and a cable car transports firewood up to the cabin. Modern cabin with good sun conditions. High standard, child-friendly and located only 500 meters from the beach and jetty. Seats for approx. 10-12 people, and several nice outdoor areas. On the fire pit you can cook barbecue food or use as a cozy place on late evenings. Many nice activities in the nearby area - trips, fishing from the jetty, swimming, campfire on the nearby island. Short distance to Lyngdal, Spangereid and Lindesnes. 1 h and 15 min to the Zoo (Kristiansand).

Cabin in Lillehavn

The cabin is located in Lillehavn, an old charming fishing port just before Lindesnes lighthouse. The harbor has plenty of charm where the boathouses and cabins are close. Lillehavn is south facing with the open sea as the closest neighbor. The view from the cabin is magical and with its 180 degree angle where you can see from Spangreid in the east to Lindesnes Lighthouse in the west.
