Possibility to borrow a boat (15 feet) with 25 hp (the tenant pays for gasoline + 2%o oil, see other information) and a canoe upon agreement. The house is furnished with modern kitchen and has throughout good standards. Small, warm garden with large terrace and nice view to the sea.

Welcome to us! Funkieshus from 2024, with large windows, lots of sun and a lovely view over the sea. Living room, dining area and kitchen in one room, 1 bathroom with shower and washing machine, 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each. Towels and beds are included in the price and beds are made on arrival. Parking inside the garage and in front of the garage door. There is a large terrace facing west, and paving stones around the house again at the entrance. Part of the outdoor area is still under renovation.

Lillehavn is south facing with the open sea as the closest neighbor. The view from the cabin is magical and with its 180 degree angle where you can see from Spangreid in the east to Lindesnes Lighthouse in the west.
