Super cozy (tiny) house in the countryside

This very cozy house offers a true feel-good place on around 43 square meters: a large living/dining area with a long kitchenette, a shower room and a spacious bedroom on the upper floor. Generous windows let in a lot of light. The natural wood construction creates a warm and very pleasant indoor climate. The small wood-burning stove with a large glass window in the door provides cozy warmth. A large terrace in front of the house allows convenient access to the house and offers plenty of space.

Das 30 qm große, neu renovierte Apartment verfügt über ein Doppelbett mit Schrank und Sekretär, einem Sofa, TV, sowie einer vollausgestatteten Küche mit kleinem Tisch. Das Badezimmer ist mit einem WC/Dusche ausgestattet. Es eignet sich perfekt für einen ruhigen Urlaub. Zum Strand sind es circa 30 Minuten mit dem Auto. Das Apartment ist für 1-2 Erwachsene geeignet oder für 1 Erwachsenen und 1 Kind. Das Haus hat einen gepflegten Außenbereich, wo auch gern mal der Grill angeworfen werden kann.

Traveling is the most beautiful way to discover new things and perceive time differently. Welcome to our sunny little apartment with a closet full of books, original art on the walls and a kitchenette for light meals. Worth seeing on the farm: the BLACK BOX GALLERY and the YELLOW CUBE ceramic studio. The Kunsthof is located on the edge of the Rostock heath, conveniently on the L22, with horse paddocks vis a vis. The Baltic Sea + shopping are 5 km away. Bus stop is almost outside the door.

Wortshaus: Illustration & apartment with sauna

The apartment (since mid-July 2020) is small, lovingly and specially furnished with clay-plastered walls, hand-painted bricks on the floor, favorite pictures and furniture. It borders the house that we live in as a family with children on an old three-sided farm. There are no direct neighbors, lots of nature and you can make beautiful excursions in all directions by bike or car: Baltic Sea, islands, Stralsund, Greifswald, Rostock, Mecklenburg Lake District, Peene, Tollense...

Country house in the countryside, Himmelstraum apartment

On an original farm, we have lovingly created a vacation home to dream of. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place to be! A large garden invites you to linger. In the evening you can sit comfortably by the fire or read a book on the comfortable couch with a glass of wine. From Groß Markow you can explore the surroundings by bike or by car. The place is located between Lake Kummerow and Lake Teterow. The Baltic Sea can be reached in just an hour.

It feels like you are at the edge of the world here, a garden full of trees with a view of the Mecklenburg prairie. The apartment has its own entrance and garden area. 4 sheep and 5 cats inhabit the large garden. 2 e-bikes can be rented. Wood-burning stove sauna & hot pot are available for a fee. The village of Barlin is a very nice place to vacation with horses and a playground. Forest and lakes are close. We former Berliners live next door as a family.

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. The mobile home is located on a natural property in a village of 50 inhabitants on the edge of Mecklenburg Switzerland. The Baltic Sea is just under an hour away and in the immediate vicinity, various lakes invite you to swim as well as meadows and forests invite you to hike. In the village there is a small organic shop where you can buy fresh eggs, bread, rolls and everyday necessities.

Du wirst diese besondere und romantische Unterkunft lieben. Die denkmalgeschützte Scheune beherbergt dich in der Südost-Ecke. So weckt dich morgens die Sonne, du steigst in die Badewanne neben deinem Bett oder duscht dich im offenen Badezimmer. Für deinen Kaffee kannst du dir eine der beiden Sonnenterrassen aussuchen. Du hast zwei Badeseen zur Auswahl fußläufig. Für abends steht die Sauna für dich bereit. Mit Blick ins Grüne.

"Yellow Salon" in the post-socialist manor house 2-4

The "yellow salon" is a spacious, stately 2-room apartment (about 80 sqm) for 2 - 4 people with marod charm and is located on the first floor of the left-hand hallway. In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country. In the meantime, there are 4 apartments of different sizes, for up to 12 guests, in the house.
