The entire ground floor of this ark on the Rhine belongs to your domain: a cozy kitchen connected by a hall with the living room. Both the living room and the kitchen have a wood-burning stove, in addition to floor and wall heating. The kitchen has a 6-burner gas stove, a large oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher and various appliances. The designer bed is in the living room. On your private terrace is the outdoor shower. In the garden overlooking the Rhine, there are various seating and BBQ areas.

Our apartment is nicely furnished and equipped with the most important comforts. Good heating, cooking facilities including pots, pans, oven/microwave and crockery and a refrigerator. TV, WiFi, private shower and toilet (small bathroom), 2 separate bedrooms upstairs with 1 single and 1 double bed. Cot and toys are also provided. It has its own front door, private terrace, little view and within walking distance of a lot of amenities. Information folder regarding activities in the area is provided.

From bedroom one you can walk straight into the garden. The living room and kitchen are adjacent to the attractive and sheltered veranda with hammock.

The Oude Glasfabriek can be found in the popular Nijmegen district "Oost". The property is located on a quiet path where you can mainly hear the birds. Yet, it is in the middle of the neighborhood. On a quiet sandy path on the green border between Nijmegen and Malden lies our "Vogeltjesbos". Here you can walk into the woods to walk. By bike or by public transport, you are in 15 minutes in the cozy center of Nijmegen. The cottage is located in a garden/forest of 1.5 ha where we build a food forest. This with a plan, in which we strengthen nature, plant many trees, but "intervene" as little as possible. Here you can relax in the greenery and pick and taste what is already growing!
