The flair of the building is unique and so the apartment is just as suitable for a business trip as it is for a private visit to Linz. Linz is usually not discovered at first sight. The apartment is on the 5th floor, which is accessible via an elevator and extends over the entire attic (85 sqm) + 2 separately accessible balconies (partly covered). Enjoy the unobstructed view from the spacious balconies without adjacent neighbors or disturbing views.

Mit eigenem airbnb-Zugang zur Wohnung ist Privatsphäre gesichert. Ortstaxe vor Ort zu zahlen: €2,40/ Tag Erw. Kinder bis 15 Jahren frei. Es wurde viel Wert auf Kinderfreundlichkeit gelegt.

The new apartment is located in a particularly beautiful and modern addition in the center of Linz. It is very spacious and has a loggia overlooking the city.
