It is also an ideal starting point for cycling tours or activities on the Danube. Free parking is available in front of the house.

Our house is located directly on Linz's main square, Klosterstrasse 1. A beautiful old building and right next to our main house the Hauptplatz 23. The flair of the building is unique and so the apartment is just as suitable for a business trip as it is for a private visit to Linz. Linz is usually not discovered at first sight. But the city is all the more beautiful. We are very happy to help with insider tips in various cultural areas or help with coworking, etc.

The house is only about 150 meters from the highway. The penthouse apartment has been lovingly renovated by us and transformed into your personal urban jungle with numerous green plants. The apartment is on the 5th floor, which is accessible via an elevator and extends over the entire attic (85 sqm) + 2 separately accessible balconies (partly covered). Enjoy the unobstructed view from the spacious balconies without adjacent neighbors or disturbing views.

This place is very special and stylishly furnished. In this apartment you have a lot of space and you immediately feel like you are in a familiar environment. This building has many special features and dates back to 1870. This building is a listed building. We tried to mix the old with the new, I hope you like it. The newly built house is located in a quiet location 20km outside of Linz. The best and easiest way to reach it is via the motorway A7 exit Engerwitzdorf or by train from the station Lungitz. You have the whole first floor to yourself: The bedroom is lockable. You have your own bathroom with a bathtub and your own living room with a desk and TV. You can also use the pool. Final cleaning for free.

The apartment has two separate rooms and a hallway with a cozy, pull-out sofa bed for 2 people (can be separated with a curtain). The new apartment is located in a particularly beautiful and modern addition in the center of Linz. It is very spacious and has a loggia overlooking the city.
