Bright apartment in a prime location!

This superbly renovated apartment is located in one of the most popular residential areas of Linz on Auberg. The apartment is furnished to a high standard and was still occupied by the owner himself until recently. In the morning, the sun shines from the east and in the evening from the west directly into the apartment. It's always bright. In 5 minutes you can walk to the tram or a small shopping center. Nevertheless, the location is quiet and also just minutes from the most beautiful squares of Linz.

The owner lives in the same complex which is a former farmer house with several flats. She is a mother of three, sixty years old & nice to chat in german. All amenities, including Bus, trains, bakery, restaurants, supermarket, a few minutes walk. To Linz city center you need about 10-20 min(🚌🚅🚘)

Lovely vacation apartment near Linz. We live very rurally, but only 9 km from the capital Linz. Our apartment is perfectly located for travelers, families with children (good excursion destinations), cyclists (Danube Cycle Path) and vacationers. With your own Airbnb access to the apartment, privacy is ensured. Local tax to be paid on site: €2.40/day adults. Children up to the age of 15 are free. A lot of emphasis has been placed on child-friendliness.
