Mit eigenem airbnb-Zugang zur Wohnung ist Privatsphäre gesichert. Ortstaxe vor Ort zu zahlen: €2,40/ Tag Erw. Kinder bis 15 Jahren frei. Es wurde viel Wert auf Kinderfreundlichkeit gelegt.

The newly built house is located in a quiet location 20km outside of Linz. The best and easiest way to reach it is via the motorway A7 exit Engerwitzdorf or by train from the station Lungitz. You have the whole first floor to yourself: The bedroom is lockable. You have your own bathroom with a bathtub and your own living room with a desk and TV. You can also use the pool. Final cleaning for free.

A feel-good location in the countryside

Here you can relax and still be ideally connected to the city center of Linz. The Trauner Au begins directly adjacent and the community garden is a great place to sunbathe. For shopping, Linz city center, PlusCity and the HaidCenter are on site and with supermarkets, doctors, restaurants and pharmacies within a three-minute drive, you are well supplied here.
