Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Linz-Land District

Felix was a great host! Even though we were late and had to leave, he left us the keys, he greeted us the next morning and gave us a lot of tips about the neighborhood, he showed her girlfriend the horse on his property and was always available, kind and helpful. KernAlm's house is the perfect place to get out of the city, lots of space in a beautiful place with amazing views of forests, horses. Amazing peace and getting up everyday to the sounds of birds, complete darkness and silence at night. We can only recommend and will be happy to come back. :-)

Great host and accommodation!

Such a dream ! Whole house, garden, bonfire, grillplace, playground and sport activieties- that all for just us , very private property and calm , with wonderful nature around. One of the best experiances and we would deffinetly live to come back again.

The house of Anita and Mathias is very beautiful, we had the fire lit and it gave a very cozy and homely atmosphere. The house is very well remodeled, the bathroom and kitchen are almost new and everything you need for a short stay. Also the surrounding is very nice and quiet, full of green and nature, we did many activities every day like; walking, going to the wildpark, spa, etc. They provided us with a very useful pdf with lots of tips for things to see and do in the surrounding area. Anita and Mathias live next door to the cabin, were always reachable and very helpful when we needed something. Happy to go again for a longer time:) highly recommended.

The TinyHouse is beautifully and practically furnished with a wonderful view through the large window into the untouched nature. Very nice location on a meadow next to a farm (without animals). The outdoor area with meadow and trees is cozy and idyllic. In the distance, you can hear the highway, but it is pleasantly drowned out by the cheerful birdsong. The owners are friendly and helpful. Our arrival was a bit tricky. I only entered the street and house number and Google picked this out for me but unfortunately a few kilometers away in another town. Overall a very nice stay.

It is a very quiet environment... except for the chickens... quick response to all concerns

We had a great stay! We were 8 adults and 2 children for a girls weekend and lived in both parts of the house (upper floor and basement, separate, only accessible from the outside). The upper kitchen-living room is perfect as a central lounge, there is a nice couch area, a large dining table for max. 8 people and a very well equipped kitchen. The garden is lovingly designed and maintained and the surroundings are quiet and beautiful. The house is clean, child-friendly and comfortably furnished, there is e.g. a games room with lots of toys, changing table, baby cot, etc. The communication with Michael worked great! We are completely satisfied and can only recommend the house!

There were five of us in Chalet 37 over Easter and felt super comfortable there in the cozy and well-equipped kitchen-living room. We couldn't really appreciate the beautiful living room on the first floor in the short time and in the most beautiful Easter weather. For this, we enjoyed the magnificent garden with various benches, table groups, loungers and great views of the Gaflenz Valley. The entire cottage is tastefully decorated with lovely details and decor. Just a place to feel good. Upon arrival, the landlord also provided us with a room in the annex to lock our bicycles. Super nice and accommodating. Thank you!!

We were at the Zoa Festival and stayed in Claudia and Oliver's apartment for four. Everything is very spacious and stylish, exactly as described, furnished. The festival is easily accessible on foot. We felt very comfortable with Claudia and Oliver.

The communication in advance was very nice and straightforward. On the day of arrival, we were very kindly received by Alex. We felt very comfortable, Alex and his family were very friendly and accommodating. The place is just right. It is well equipped and it is very clean. Everything you need is there. The location of the farm is beautiful and invites you to spend quiet and relaxing hours. It was also a special experience for our son. We will be happy to come back.

We had two really great days at the cabin! There is everything you need and we immediately felt super comfortable. René personally checked us in and gave us recommendations. The area around it is just perfect for walking and unwinding. :) Our stay was completely relaxed – we will definitely be happy to come back!

Perfect place to relax for a few days in nature. There were two of us with a dog and we enjoyed the cottage to the fullest. You really don't see or hear anyone - except the chickens walking around the garden:-) The place was just as described and communication with Kim was always super quick, accommodating and friendly.

We were with 3 children over an extended weekend in the house Helene and felt very comfortable. The house is nicely furnished, has a good location and our kids were thrilled with the many play options around the house (pool, beach volleyball court, table tennis table,...)!

The six of us had a great time in Florian's hut! The amenities didn't miss anything. Everything you need was there. We particularly liked the cozy campfire and the bedding. A highly recommended accommodation for groups who appreciate hiking in nature and coziness in the evening. Thank you!

The cabin is a dream! It is super cozy and lovingly furnished with lots of little details! The sauna, oven and outdoor area are simply magnificent. The shower and also all other faucets have a good jet and the warm water is there immediately. There are light sources everywhere, even small lamps and there are sockets everywhere. Everything's great!
