We had an absolutely wonderful stay and wanted to sincerely thank our hosts for this beautiful experience. Upon arrival, we were greeted with warmth, kindness and great kindness. We immediately felt at home and felt at home. The apartment was simply amazing: tastefully decorated, extremely clean, spacious, bright, and above all, filled with small touches that show how much our hosts are committed to hosting. Every detail seemed thought to make the stay enjoyable and comfortable. Nothing was missing, the equipment is complete, and everything is functional and quality. The location is also a huge plus: ideally placed to visit the surroundings, discover the must-see places or just stroll around the neighborhood. Marco and Mara are the true definition of perfect hosts. From the very beginning, the communication was excellent, they are super helpful to make sure your trip is as smooth as possible. They care a lot about all the little details that make the whole experience feel special. The place itself is a very comfortable for multiple guests. All the necessary goods are provided, including surprising accents. Location is silent, but at the same time everything you might need, like beach or ferry, is available on foot easily. It was a perfect stay and we would highly recommend it if you want to explore Como. 11/10, cheers 🤌

My wife an I stayed for the celebrations in Mandello for the 100th centenary of Moto Guzzi. Luca our host was really kind and picked us up from Lecco train Station. The house was beautiful in a quiet village nestling on the hillside approx 2 km walk from Mandello. There is a lovely footpath that runs through the village to Mandello. The walk down to the Beach in Abbadia Larianna is approx 1km with an excellent park, cafe and swimming which we did often. You can easily walk from the Station to the accommodation. It is quite hilly but that is to be expected in this area. The village has a lovely feel to it with very narrow old streets. We sat on the balcony each evening pleased with our choice. The house has everything you need. The top room is delightful and the main bedroom has a huge comfortable bed. There is lots of storage space. A garage washing machine it really is a home. I became a little poorly at the end of our holiday and Luca was in constant contact offering help. This was top service. My wife and I are in our mid 65 and 67 respectively and found the walking no problem. I can only fully recommend this delightful place. Thanks Luca

Agustin welcomed us warmly and took the time to show us the nice places and restaurants around despite our late arrival (transport problem). Passionate about his region, he made us want to see everything and if we had to come back, we would gladly book this accommodation. Impeccable, quiet, lake within walking distance. We had a great time.
