Listen to the burbling river from the private hot tub to a mountain backdrop, while the deep jetted tub in the main bathroom is an equally welcome sight. The gourmet kitchen has a Viking stove, while the wood-rich interior includes 2 gas fireplaces. New luxury king mattress and bed in the main bedroom! This property used to provide the "Rooms on the River" when it was part of the Minturn Inn on Main street. Now this coveted spot is all for you. Tucked out of the way on a quiet street it's the perfect place to relax after a hard day of mountaineering. The apartment consists of the great room and the master bedroom suite. The master bedroom has a king bed, private bedside fireplace, en-suite bathroom with jetted bath tub, glass shower and hot tub right outside your bedroom door. The main room contains a queen bed with privacy curtains which has direct access to the main bathroom and shower. The main room also contains a full gourmet kitchen, breakfast bar, round table that seats 6, 50" tv with cable, and pull out sleeper sofa. The apartment opens directly out to the yard right on the river. The entire apartment is private including private entrance. The yard is shared with us, however we rarely use it since our children prefer the front/street side of the house where they can ride their bikes! My wife or I will often be out fly-fishing in our backyard river in the summer evenings. We're happy to share the space and tell you what's biting! Unfortunately, we are not wheelchair accessible. Or even high-heel accessible. Boots are recommend to walk through the shoveled path that takes you to the riverside entrance. There is a rope handrail to help guide you but you must be sure-footed. Our family of four live in the completely separate upstairs. I'm normally available for anything that comes up, but do not want to impede on your relaxing riverside vacation. Minturn is a small ski town away from the bustle of Vail and Beaver Creek. Stroll to several restaurants, a winery, quaint gift shops, a record store, and perhaps the best fly shop in the mountains. Ski, raft, and mountain bike just minutes away. There is free parking in the driveway. There is a bus stop a 3-minute walk away that will take you to Vail for $4. Ubers and taxis are also available. Our home and property is non-smoking. No pets please. Pack n' Play with fitted sheet in unit. Ironing board/iron, fan, extra blankets, picnic basket/backpack, hair dryer in each bathroom.

Comfortable, quiet & nicely remodeled modern condo well-located in Vail with lovely mountain views. Steps to the free Town of Vail bus stop and only 10 min ride to village & ski area. Walking distance to West Vail restaurants, bars, and grocery stores. The Master bedroom can be configured with a King bed or two twins & the 2nd bedroom can also be configured with a King bed or two twins. Pullout queen sofa completes this ideal vacation getaway. 2 guest parking spaces. The HOA doesn't allow pets.

Nature and wild life brings beauty to your experience It is very peaceful here and as secluded as you want it to be, yet conveniently located near to everything you might need. This is a very nice and comfortable cabin in stunning Vail. Although the photos look like it's a bit remote, it's not at all; it's in a neighborhood in the heart of the area. Grocery store is less than 5 minutes away and all of Vail within 10 minutes. Corduroy was always responsive and friendly. The place is cozy and quaint. The outside decks are lovely for coffee and or computer work. Lots of birds and wildlife. Supposedly plenty of bears in the area, but we never saw any. It's a duplex at minimum, so we could hear other people and their pets, occasionally. Stocked with all amenities we needed... except one, an iron with ironing board. Washer and dryer were nice. Couple of minor safety concerns - one of the concrete parking curbs is broken off on the end and about 12-15 inches of rebar is exposed. Outside lighting at night is lacking a little, so one could potentially injure an ankle or foot. Would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay in this unit. It was the perfect size for four people. I wouldn’t necessarily say that having more than four people is enough room in this unit. The kitchen is well equipped with every kitchen gadget you could possibly need. The Simmba run facility has a beautiful pool and indoor and outdoor hot tub. There is also a front desk that can help withlocating restaurants or assisting with your stay at any time. Lastly, there’s a wonderful ski locker that you can store your equipment in and the shuttle to the mountain is incredibly frequent and efficient. All in all this was a spectacular stay thank you!

Kim’s place was the perfect location for my solo ski trip to Vail. Being on the Vail bus route made getting on and off the mountain super easy each day. Her place was just as described, is very clean and is in a quiet location away from the main base areas. Would definitely recommend!

We loved staying at Pete's place with our two dogs. It was great to be able to have our own fenced in backyard with a grill and hot tub. It was easy to cook our own meals and the place had all the comforts of home. We also really appreciated being able to walk to yummy restaurants. Pete was super helpful and responsive. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay there again.

Emma is an exceptional host! Responsive with clear instructions and information. The property is as described in a great area that is walking distance to Vail Village if you choose. Also, the bus stop is very close as well. Updated furnishings and clean property!
