It has two bedrooms with a balcony, two bathrooms with a washing machine and dryer, a living room with a fireplace, dining rooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The total area of the apartment is 100 m2. The proximity of the Western Tatras trails, Chochołowskie Thermal Baths, the Witów SKI slope, the bicycle path around the Tatras, the river and forests makes our place an ideal starting point for active people. Spend pleasant moments in our newly renovated apartment in Liptovský Mikuláš, in the quiet part of the city - Nábrežie. Beautiful views and a lot of sports activities await you (bicycle path directly behind the apartment building, water area and pump track for jumping). The center is 15 minutes away on foot. The apartment is sunny, with an area of 56 m2. It consists of a living room, bedroom, study with access to the balcony, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and toilet. Entrance door and staircase shared with the residents of the house. Free parking in front of the house - one space allocated to the apartment. In the summer season you can light a barbecue in front of the house and relax in the garden. In winter you can go skiing. Gubałówka is a 30-minute walk, a grocery store is 5 minutes away, Zakopane can be reached by car or bus
