The house and garden offer a wonderful view of the Tatra Mountains. The house has a fully equipped kitchen. The attraction is a fireplace, a small SPA with a jacuzzi tub, a Finnish sauna or an infrared sauna. In the garden you can light a fire, there is a hammock, swings and a garden tub. Každý má spálňu pre 2 až 3 osoby a dvojposteľovú obývačku (apartmán 1 je s krbom), dobre vybavenú kuchyňu s jedálňou, samostatné WC a kúpelňu s vaňou alebo sprchou. K dispozícii je aj uzamykateľný suterén pre uloženie vášho vybavenia alebo bicyklov. Vlastné parkovisko a priestranná terasa s prístupom k rieke a možnosťou opekania na otvorenom ohni. Okolie poskytuje množstvo turistických možností v lete i v zime.
