On the ground floor there are two bathrooms – one with a shower and a Finnish sauna (€25/3 hours), the other with a bathtub. Our property consists of a living room that is connected to a kitchen that contains a gas stove with an oven and a refrigerator. The house has 2 bedrooms with a double bed and an extra bed. On the covered terrace there is a seating area, as well as sun loungers and a stove. The bathroom has a shower and a sink. The toilet is exterior, connected to the cesspool. Electricity in the building is provided by an electrical panel, water (kitchen, shower) is utility from a well and is not suitable for drinking. Water heating is provided by a gas boiler.

The dominant feature of the living room is the fireplace, which not only conjures up a romantic atmosphere, but also warms you up during cold evenings. You can sit on a comfortable sofa bed (sleeping option) while watching your favorite programs on TV, but the view from the window, directly to the breathtaking Orava nature and Babia Hora, is more enchanting.
