The stay was great :) nice small apartment - great for one or a pair. It was clean and very accessible. It is a communal location - so you hear the neighbors but it’s not a huge problem. They were super helpful and helped me with my parking ticket I got. Good location & accessible by car or even foot to many places. Would recommend :)

It is a 90s family apartment full of wonderful things to see. There are all types of flowers and plants in front of the building. After a long time, I slept through the whole night; there was no sound at all. The apartment was impeccable; I could walk shoeless without any thought. Salvatore was so nice and helpful to me; such lovely and nice people to meet and make friends with. I recommend it by all means. :) Thank you, Salvatore and Mathilda.

Environmentally conscious: eco-friendly cleaning products and recycling bins. It offers coffee capsules and honey for breakfast. Thermometer and wound disinfectant in the bathroom. Board games and canvas painting. The lighting on the floor is wonderful, and opening windows lets in a little air. Access to air conditioning. Wi-Fi. House slippers. And the beds are very comfortable!!!! the floor is impeccable for walking barefoot. The atmosphere is quiet, and you can hear birds in the morning when you open the window. I appreciate that there is a toaster, and a dishwasher so I don't waste time scrubbing. Next to the apartment there is takeaway food: the Parmiggiana is finger-licking good. The bathroom is spotless and there are enough towels of different sizes. Also a dryer! The library is full of very interesting books. L'arte di amare is a standout. Clarissa left a plastic toy spring too. My son enjoyed it a lot. Television with YouTube (no channels).

Very well-kept and very clean apartment. It has everything you need and more. Matilde is a super host, available for anything and very responsive in communications. I can only highly recommend the accommodation. In addition, I really appreciated the in-person check-in, which makes everything more special, if there is a person like Matilde to welcome you :)

We stayed for 3 nights in this beautiful flat. It was very neat and clean. The flat is bright and the skylight in the bedroom has a very appealing design. The kitchen is well equipped and the induction hob in particular made for quick cooking. Nearby you can find everything you need, a bakery, a very good butcher, a very good ice-cream parlour. Milan can be reached in about 30 minutes by train and the railway station is only a 10-minute walk away. Francesca answered many questions in advance and also gave us many tips during our stay, e.g. the best ice-cream parlour. Her answers were always quick and helped us a lot with the organisation. Parking in the street was no problem and we always found a nearby car park.

I came to Monza for work and had a great time at this B&B. Super nice owner who also solved a sudden Sunday problem in record time. I recommend it. If I go back to Monza, I'll definitely come back here.

Fabios place was very cozy, clean, and comfortable. The sheets were clean and smelled very good, he kept us snacks to enjoy, and replied to all our questions quickly. The stay was perfect👍

Nice view and safe place. Nice kitchen with full application needed, the cooker is electric but heats fast. Home furnitures are like home, makes me feeling relaxed. Close to Monza, nice for watching some free races/tests. The Monza park is also very good for picnic/ jogging and relaxing. The house owner provided a very warm service, welcomed me and explained everything with patience. When I return late, he turns on the lights outside, so kind!

There was a strike on the day we were traveling to Milan, and we were worried we wouldn’t be able to make the trip. Cinzia was incredibly helpful—she quickly responded and shared several alternative transportation options with us. She was very flexible and accommodating throughout the whole process. The apartment itself was cute, cozy, and conveniently located close to the station. We really appreciated everything!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Perginano! From the moment we arrived, our hosts were incredibly welcoming and humble. They greeted us warmly, explained everything clearly, and made us feel at home right away. The house is spotless, modern, and very cozy—exactly as shown in the pictures, if not better! The furniture and decor are stylish and comfortable, and the terrace was a lovely place to relax. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and to our surprise, they even provided us with breakfast items for the first day, which was a wonderful touch. Beautiful home, very easy steps to get into the property. Quick responses, helpful owners who are very accommodating. Amazing location int he heart of Como. Not far from the train station. The cleaner is also very lovely and was so kind to our dog, she couldn’t whip out the bed and water soon enough. Would definitely return and 100% recommend 10/10 ♥️

We had an excellent stay! The apartment was extremely clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It’s in a great location - very close to a big shop and the metro station, which made everything super convenient. The host was amazing, very friendly and helpful, and even gave us great recommendations on where to eat and what to see in the area. We really enjoyed our time here. It was a great experience overall, and we highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Milan.

We spent 4 nights in an absolutely ideal place to rest. The setting is very quiet, with a magnificent view of the lake, perfect for disconnecting. We had an accommodation with an outdoor kitchen, which was really nice to fully enjoy the environment. The room was very nice, comfortable and clean. The place is also perfectly suited for a stay with a small child: there is a sandbox, a swing, some toys on site, a high chair, a baby bed... even board games for family evenings. The owners are lovely, with lots of little touches that make the difference: on our arrival, fresh fruits, yogurts, beers... And for those who like their peace, don't worry, we hardly saw them The only small point of improvement in my opinion would be the addition of a small pool, it would really be the icing on the cake. But otherwise, everything was great, a real little corner of paradise

Fantastic area, very quiet and very comfortable for events or concerts at the Stadium.. the house is impeccable. Bright, right for two. Very special and well-kept decor. It has all the comforts. We will definitely be back

Great location, the appartement is nice but it is the location that really makes it an incredible stay. Not just lake Como in general but also having 2 restaurants downstairs.

pros of the place: clean house, parking garage, peaceful location, welcome goodie bag, clean sheets and towels, air conditioner, washing machine, dishwasher, full kitchenette. cons: too many keys to manage...maybe keep them in the car. overall i would say good for a couple with baby.

The accommodation is located above the village and therefore has a great view of Lake Como. The apartment was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Unfortunately, there is no air conditioning but a fan is available and although we had 30 degrees during the day, you could ventilate well in the evening and also sleep well. The pool is large and surrounded by a lot of meadow. We arrived with a child and were able to relax well.

Serena was very helpful and the instructions are very clear, the apartment is very clean and tidy, located in a very quiet area. I recommend everyone to stay here

The communication was perfect, Davide always responded super quickly and gave very detailed, helpful instructions. The flat was lovely, just perfect for two people. The flat is not located in a busy, buzzing place, like other some of the towns in Lake Como but we preferred that. We could walk to the ferry in Urio or Moltrasio and get around easily. Some gorgeous restaurants close by. Thank you Davide and Benedicta, we'd lvoe to come back one day :).

This is easily one of our favourite stays we’ve ever had. Galit and Daniel were so helpful the entire time and went above and beyond to accommodate us. Check in and check out were both flexible and smooth. The apartment is nothing short of incredible. It’s beautifully designed and located in the most amazing part of the lake - Nesso. Nesso is pure magic. The apartment is located in a hidden oasis with a private pool only for residents that has incredible views of the lake. Couldn’t recommend this place highly enough :)

I fell in love with Morcote during our stay and the icing on the cake was definitely Rahman’s place. The view from the house plus the spaciousness and cleanliness were all very much appreciated. There’s a bus stop right at the bottom of the house so getting to public transport is very easy, walking into town is only 30mins as well! Loved our stay, so peaceful :)
