Designed for 6 people, the KindaHouse is a modern house of 70 m2 in Seignosse (South West of France) with a garden that overlooks a nice wooded park, quiet even in the middle of summer. KindaHouse is close to the beach Seignosse les Bourdaines (renowned surf spot) in the Landes, just 5 minutes from Hossegor. It is just behind the dune, 200 metres from the beach on one side and the pine forest on the other and close to the Le Tube concert hall.

The Pechine house is a detached Landes farmhouse on a 6500 sqm property near the 'Landes de Gascogne' nature reserve.
