Great place, lots of charm and the different indoor and outdoor spaces are very beautiful and very nice. 100% consistent with the photos, perfect for a stay with family with children or friends. The house is quiet while being located close to all amenities. Available and responsive host. We will come back, I recommend 150%, the whole family loved this very beautiful house with very pleasant exteriors. The living room with the fireplace to end the day quiet is a real plus

We had a great stay at Yves and Scarlett's, everything was perfect! The accommodation is very nice, well-equipped, and perfectly suited for our two children (cot, high chair, toys...). The garden is beautiful and quiet, and we really enjoyed the pool, the jacuzzi and the net. We will come back without hesitation!

Our stay at Delphine's went very well, the hospitality is impeccable. Delphine made sure that we had everything we needed by being easily reachable by phone. The house is spacious and very well-equipped, the beds are comfortable and the living room is perfectly suited to a group of 8 people. Highly recommend this sweet spot. If we go back to Mimizan we'll come back here!

The house is spacious and very well-equipped, the pool is very nice! The many bathrooms and toilets are a real plus when you live at 8. The only slight "downside" is that the house overlooks a fairly busy road but on the other hand the windows insulate very well from noise and in the evening there are fewer cars anyway so it didn't bother us too much.

Really ideal for partying with family and children. Even though the weather wasn't with us, we took advantage of it. In addition, the house is decorated with a multitude of heathered objects, really nice! Wild beaches are reached by foot!

We had a very good night at this beautiful country house, ideal for relaxing. The house was perfectly as advertised and impeccably clean. The bedding is very comfortable and the two bathrooms are a real plus. Christelle was very responsive and pleasant in our exchanges. And for evenings without a kitchen, a nearby pizzeria (13 minutes walk or 2 minutes' drive) does the job perfectly.

Thanks to Thomas for allowing us to visit Mimizan and the surrounding area. Thanks to his advice, we were able to discover beautiful places. Great value for the price We were able to bring our 2 dogs which is really an advantage. There is a Supermarket not far away if needed. Downtown is 5 min away and beaches are 10 or 15min max. A just perfect stay! The villa is ideally located in Capbreton: close to the beach, shops, bike paths... everything is within reach. The house is superb, very well maintained and equipped with absolutely everything you need — you feel at home from the moment you arrive. But what really made our stay exceptional was our host: incredibly kind, always available and attentive to make sure everything went well. Her warm welcome really made a difference. We would recommend this villa without a second thought and hope to come back very soon!

We loved the lovely cottage. Spacious and well equipped. Very nice seating areas outside around the cottage and a lovely outdoor shower. Walking distance to Lit-et-Mixe, a cozy village in leafy surroundings. Supermarket close by. The beach is also close by, where we had nice surf lessons from "Ocean lovers"- surf school. In short, successful May holiday week. 🙏🏻

Nice new house in a very quiet condominium. Close to the beaches of Homy and Contis which are very beautiful and accessible by a very nice bike path in the pines! (about 30 min). Hélène is very responsive and does everything to ensure that our stay goes smoothly. Very good hosting by her in-laws on arrival.
