We had a great weekend in Mimizan. Jerome and Laetitia's house is very nice and well located, close to shops and with the bike path right next door to go to the beach by bike. We felt very welcome and would love to come back. Thank you again!

Beautiful stay at Barbara and Davy's! A warm welcome, recommendations on the region, well-maintained and super-equipped villa, faultless :-) The pool is a big plus in a super quiet neighborhood. Barbara and Davy are very attentive and accessible hosts (thank you for the cold drinks and the surprise basket on our arrival). Moliets beach is accessible in 10-15 min by bike (rented and delivered via the Moliets bike shop), count 5 min by car. Surfing, restaurants and shops galore... super U 5 min drive. A relaxing stay, we recommend it 100%

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful house! All amenities were available and especially for children there were many toys, water toys, changing table, a real baby bed, potty, toilet attachment, etc. The reception by Catherine was great and she showed and explained everything to us in peace. She always responded very quickly to inquiries and responded to all questions/requests. The surroundings are very beautiful and especially suitable for great bike rides. The beautiful bike path "Vélodyssée / EuroVelo 1" can be reached quite quickly and leads through pine forests and past beautiful sand dunes to interesting places such as St.-Jean-de-Luz and Biarritz. We especially liked the beach of Vieux-Boucai-Les-Bains. Day trips to Bordeaux and Donostia-San Sebastián are a must! Overall, we liked the stay very much and would be happy to come back! Thank you for the hospitality!

House was even nicer than the pictures and host was on top of everything from check-in to recommendations. Great neighborhood with easy walk to beach and short bike to everything in town and around the lake.

We had a great stay, the villa is fantastic. The proximity to the bus stop with frequent buses was brilliant.

I think the Villa was great for families . Big living area outside terraces, garden and swimming pool. Set slightly away from the main bar and restaurant area but a very short walk to the beach it was peaceful at night. Air con was a big plus when the temp reached 31 degrees. Francois was super helpful and responsive to all our requests. All in all a great place to stay.

Very nice accommodation for a group of 8 people. The house is very well equipped inside and out and very clean. Lots of activities even in winter thanks to the games room. Thanks to the host for being responsive and making this stay enjoyable.

Beautiful villa in a quiet environment! The villa is beautiful, very practical, each room has its own bathroom and toilet which facilitate the autonomy of each during the stay. The equipment is of high quality and everything is done to ensure that the stay is in the best conditions. Our stay here (3 days) went very well!

This house is beautiful Extremely comfortable bedding The little plus foosball the kids loved it. And of course direct access to the beach without the need to take the car. Nina's welcome was very friendly. I would highly recommend it

We had a great time at the house and that was despite the fact that the weather was rather mediocre. Even on a rainy day, it is very comfortable in the great house with 14 people. The kitchen is well equipped and when the sun comes out it is wonderful in the pool and on the large property. The house is very quiet and privacy is absolutely respected. All in all, an absolute recommendation!

Aline was a great host who made our stay extremely comfortable and enjoyable. The house had cleaning of the common areas every day which was great since we were a big group staying for the week. The house is very beautiful and a great place to stay when visiting Biarritz!

We had a wonderful week at this lovely place, full of 70s charm. Everything has its own style — slightly dated, but very well maintained and in great condition. We stayed with four children under the age of two, and they truly had the time of their lives. The garden is a highlight, with both sunny and shady spots under beautiful old trees — perfect for little explorers. The pool was still a bit cool at this time of year, but ideal for a refreshing dip. We also brought a small baby pool, which worked perfectly for the toddlers. There’s a barbecue, and the location is fantastic: great for walks, stroller-friendly, and just a 15-minute walk to the beach with 2 nice beach restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back in a heartbeat.

We had a great time with friends. Wenda and Manuel are very friendly, welcoming and available. The house is spacious and very well-equipped. And the little extra that makes all the difference is the outdoor space: the summer kitchen is fully equipped and the outdoor bathroom is really nice. We'll save the address for next time:)

We had a great stay at Mathieu's house! The accommodation is very well equipped, everything is designed for comfort, whether it's the utensils, the furniture or the equipment available. Cleaning was spotless upon arrival. Mathieu was a very responsive and proactive host, which made our stay even more enjoyable. It's a place I highly recommend, especially for family stays: it's the best!

Beautiful, quiet house. There are not so many shopping opportunities in the village, but the location is great, 20 minutes to the beach and in just over an hour you can reach hot spots such as Bordeaux, Arcachon, Biarritz, San Sebastian, etc. Perfect as a base for excursions. In addition, the house, garden, pool is in great condition and perfect for relaxing 👌🏻

Everything was perfect, house, cleanliness, first contact during the inventory... Unfortunately, we had to exchange for more than a week after our departure on a story of a broken plastic plancha button (already broken or largely cracked and on the verge of giving way when we arrived). I paid in doubt and to show my good faith this button that was worth €10 by making a transfer. On the other hand, my deposit check of €2,500 was kept during the entire exchange period (10 days) as if to hold us hostage on this subject. It's a shame, especially when I said that I thought it was average, I was told something else, that there were too many cars parked in the courtyard... That there must have been too many of us... no: 8 people but actually 6 cars since we arrived almost each independently. In short, for such a beautiful rental, it has become complicated for a worn and broken plastic element worth €10... it's a shame

We had an exceptional stay! The house is beautiful, tastefully decorated and perfectly equipped. The setting is simply idyllic: calm, greenery, a beautiful swimming pool to relax, many terraces and a great weather. A true haven of peace. Special mention to our host, adorable and caring, who made our experience even more enjoyable. We'll be happy to go back!
