Holiday rentals with a pool in Litchfield by the Sea

This place was nothing short of amazing . The back yard was something straight from the HGTV network lol. Shawn is great host . Very understanding and responsive. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great home to vacation in

Our family had a great time at Jamie and Eliza’s place. The location was perfect; the house is just a quick cart ride to the beach, restaurants, and groceries. The home was clean and comfy, and the plunge pool was a treat. We’d love to visit again!

This place was absolutely amazing! So beautiful, clean, warm and inviting. The owners truly thought of everything, right down to the tiniest of details. My 3 grown children, spouses , 3 young grandchildren and my husband and I all had the best time swimming in the pool (loved the shallow, lounge area for the babies) playing pickleball and just cooking and lounging inside the house. I highly recommend this home and will definitely be renting again in the future!

The pictures does no justice. An amazingly beautiful home. The backyard is a relaxing oasis. James was very tentative in responding to our questions. My family and I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

This was our first family beach vacation and staying at the Lucky Duck made it spectacular! We loved being just steps from the beach and being able to walk to restaurants and the pier! The private shaded pool was very well kept and the lounge chairs were perfect! We loved that each room had its own bathroom, and the balcony off the two rooms was a plus! I cannot recommend this place enough!! We look forward to staying at Lucky Duck again!

We absolutely LOVED their place! I have to say one of the nicest places we’ve stayed. Everything was spotless. Loved the decor and you feel like you’re sitting right on the beach on the balcony. Keith and Terri were fabulous to work with and quick to respond. I would absolutely book with them again.

We had a phenomenal stay at Nancy’s stunning condo! Nancy was a lovely host and her condo is well set up with everything needed! Her decor was pretty and inviting. I didn’t want to leave the screened in porch, it is amazing! There was always ample parking near the ocean if we chose to drive instead of walk, but the walk is very nice too. The beach access was very nice and has a ramp or step options. The community was charming and quiet during our stay, and the pool steps away from the condo was wonderful. Murrells Inlet is close enough to go enjoy more seafood restaurants, but there are nice ones in Pawley’s island too. The beach is beautiful, family and pet friendly, clean, and has nice smooth sand. (Not ideal for seashell hunting since there aren’t many.) This has been our favorite beach stay! We will be back!!

Loved the condo!! the elevator on our side of building stopped working the day before we went home so we had to walk alot of steps to load up for departure. The people above us were very hard walkers and woke us up really early in the mornings and it was hard to find a place to park if you came back later at night but that's not the owners fault. other than that it was a great place and good loction.

Janet was very communicative with directions, check-in and check-out procedures and added a note about community events. I really appreciated her anticipating information I might need and providing it well in advance. The condo was clean, fit 4 people well and had a great kitchen. Quiet location but still right by the pool was great!

Carl’s place was perfect for our family! It was small but had a nice layout and we never felt crowded at all. The bedroom was very large! It was easy to get in and out with the keypad and nice to not have to carry any keys. The kitchen was beautiful and had what you need. The balcony was perfect with very nice chairs. The AC worked wonderful. Since our girls are older we used the pull out couch and brought an air mattress. There was enough room for both. Don’t forget to bring your own sheets. If using the pull out couch, you might want a mattress topper or extra blankets to beef it up some. The shower was decent and had enough hot water for us all to shower in a row. The TV was a little tricky to use. The furniture wasn’t like the photos online. It was newer looking and very nice. There’s a 4 person table as well. The beach was super close and beautiful! The unit had an umbrella and 2 chairs that we used each day. We would rent there again!

Beautiful condo just a few miles from the beautiful public access at Pawley’s Island. Quaint town with lots of history and nearby things to do for kids as well. Great family stay!!!

It worked great for our needs for the weekend

Totally more than I expected - the view/rooms/balcony …. We could of stayed there our whole stay - skip the sight seeing! We opted to spend a little more instead of hotel - SO GLAD we did …. This has been the most relaxing vaca I’ve ever had!

This unit was perfect for our group. There is plenty of room for everyone. The large balcony with a great view of the beach was a perfect place for the kids to eat dinner each night and play games. The unit was clean upon arrival and well-stocked with items needed for our stay. We would absolutely stay here again.
