Villa holiday rentals in Litchfield by the Sea

We really enjoyed staying there. It was a beautiful area with lots of amenities and very close to many attractions. The pools were very nice and the beach was very close. The hosts were super responsive and kind.

Had a great time with our family! Accessible to the beach and in a quiet community. Highly recommend to anyone interested in a relaxing vacation to Myrtle Beach!

It was a great stay for a family with teenagers. There were good size beds & each room had their own bathroom and shower. Good location

Loved everything about the place . Extremely affordable and fit perfectly for the family . Everything we wanted to do was close by, will be looking at renting again.

After visiting several Airbnb’s over the years Navin and Chanda’s townhouse was one of our top stays. Everything was in place and at our disposal although this was a last minute booking. My family and I visted several North Myrtle Beach properties and loved the secureness of the area and that everything was so accessible. We visit NMB several times a year and hope our future vacation dates are available at this property!

We were attending a wedding in Pawleys Island so there were my 3 kids and 2 infant grandchildren. They rental laid out well for us, with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Views overlooking the ocean were sensational; the place was very very clean; and it seemed well equipped, although we really only slept there. We did have an issue with getting in - but that may have been our problem. I did have to ask 3 times about a playnpack. When I finally got a response, I was given the name of a rental agency, which we did not use. Fortunately, other wedding friends had playnpacks in their rentals so we borrowed them. Quite honestly, I think that playnpacks should be a standard amenity - every airbnb i’ve stayed in has it as a standard. Other than this small inconvenience, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it to anyone. I look forward to a return trip. Thank you.

The house was great with four bedrooms and each having their own bathroom. Only complaint, needs more blankets and more brighter lighting in bedrooms. Very well equipped and nicely updated.

Very nice home in a private setting. The beach and amenities at the country club were awesome. We enjoyed the pool that was within walking distance as well! The home was spacious and had everything we needed. One of our favorite vacations, we will be back!!!

great place and location to stay

Amazing views and perfect location for convenience to beach walkway and oceanfront amenities. Perfect amount of space for our family vacation. Fully stocked with all kitchen and bath essentials - even the beach towels were provided! Friendly rental staff were helpful and responsive for questions and needs during our stay. Bikes and beach chairs available for use were an added bonus! Perfect place for a quiet family trip to the beach. Just a short drive to close by restaurants and Pawley’s Island or Murrell’s Inlet for dinner and shopping.

We had a wonderful stay, great location short walk to the beach across the bridge over the pond. The location was an end unit and was great for ease of access, it is on the main level. There are quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. This was such a clean home, everything was as pictured and described. You cannot beat the location, private enough but with easy access to a pool, the beach and a few restaurants within walking distance. We would love to return in the future! Navin and Chanda were great hosts and helped if we had any questions!

Navin & Chanda let us book their place very last minute and were very responsive! The space is great for a group, beds and linens were very nice. 15 minute walk to the beach and short car ride to multiple restaurants. We had a great time

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was super clean and very comfortable. The upstairs loft is a bit warmer than the downstairs bedrooms (which got quite cool with the ac) so plan accordingly for sleeping arrangements. The private pool is literally a 2 minute walk from the front door and there was no one there when we went. Highly recommend renting a golf cart from the on-site rental service (and be sure to check out Spanky’s…the food and drinks are delicious!). It’s about a 5 minute ride to the beach and was great to get us around where we needed to go. The condo is also a short 15 minute drive by car to get to Broadway at the Beach (which the kids loved), and the pier and the boardwalk. We really enjoyed our stay for the week! Thanks again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was nice and the neighborhood as well. Not far from the beach. The house was clean and everything. I would recommend this place to anyone. I will be back again.

Fantastic location and above and beyond hosts. Arrived In Myrtle Beach only to find out our reserved Airbnb wasn’t available. Contacted Navin and Chanda and were able to make a last minute week long reservation and access it within a short time. So much to do here - close to beach and pools.

Good stay really close with the pools to enjoy.
