Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Litchfield Park

Perfect house for our stay in Phoenix. This place can easily accommodate 3 couples or a large family. Outdoor space is very nice- enjoyed the pool, hot tub and BBQ. Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our brief time in Glendale thanks to Anthony and Marie. Their Airbnb was exactly as they marketed it through photos and descriptions. We took advantage of the pool and local suggestions on food/restaurants. We would definitely reach out to this specific Airbnb if we're traveling back to the Glendale area.

I have stayed in many AirB&B destinations. I have never seen such attention to detail and amenities. Comfort and convenience are emphasized. Kara responded quickly to all comments and questions. Would highly recommend this home. Thank you Kara!

My mom, adult son, and I wanted a safe and clean place to stay near Phoenix when traveling for a family function. This home is in a safe and beautiful neighborhood, the house was wonderful, and the hosts were very responsive. I would definitely stay there again if needed when traveling to the area.

Fantastic host and extremely convenient and comfortable place! Was perfect for our family with young adults and kids. Everything was the same as on the listing and we were able to immediately make ourselves at home. Everything was simple and clean. Would happily stay again if in the area and would recommend to friends and family. Host accommodated for late check-out request and was very responsive. You won’t be disappointed!

The place was very tidy and clean. Helpful for me as I had a half of mile to walk to a conference I volunteered to work at for four days. I was really grateful I found a place at the minute.🙂

Vicki’s place was immaculate, exactly as described in the listing, and Vicki was easy to communicate with. My family had a great time. The pool was especially nice as a retreat from the summer heat.

Great neighborhood location with easy access to main roads. Cute quaint modern interior with coffee/tea provided. Pleasant quiet shared courtyard. 2 ample bedrooms and adorable kitchen

James has a beautiful and private home in Phoenix and I am SO jealous! I especially loved the historic touches throughout the home and the lovely garden with water features that truly made it even more relaxing. Parking is very private and you can see your car from the bedroom window. The space was clean and tidy, there was even some cold filtered water and ice for guests! Plenty of towels and tp in the bathroom. The a/c was super cold and perfect after a hot day in Phoenix. I will 100% be returning to stay at James’ place the next time I am in town! Thank you so much!

I’ve stayed in several Air BnBs in the Phoenix area and other cities. This was by far my favorite experience. The property was perfect for my girls’ trip with my daughter. Ashley was an amazing host and thought of everything we could possibly need. Definitely plan to stay at one of her properties on future trips.

Very responsive and helpful! A nice quiet space that allowed us to relax while in Phoenix. They provided all the instructions and things to do in advance ! The space was cute & quaint & looked like the photos. We especially enjoyed the patio area and natural sunlight.

We stayed at this lovely condo for four nights, and we were 100% pleased with our stay. The unit was exactly as pictured and described with all the comforts of home. It was very clean and quiet. The pool and hot tub areas were lovely and quiet. Was nice to see the different types of vegetation throughout the complex. Quick drive/Waymo to some great restaurants and Old Town Scottsdale. Rene was a very pleasant and responsive host! We would not hesitate to recommend.

This was a nice, basic accommodation. Nothing fancy but served our purposes. Clean and comfortable. The host was responsive, for example, when we noticed there weren't enough blankets, it was resolved very quickly. Comfortable beds and nice cold A/C. I would stay here again.

It was nice staying at Barbara's house. When we 1st got there, it was a little hard finding the building. GPS kept sending me to the building behind the condo! LOL! Once I found the building, it was easy to get into the condo. beds were comfortable. Great shower. It was good to have a parking space and not worry about where to park. It was very quiet so got good sleep. Barbara checked in with us and kept us informed! Overall, I would definitely recommend Barbara's place.

This was a pleasant stay on the edge of the city center. Walkable to the Convention Center and stadiums, we enjoyed our time in Phoenix, as well as a day trip to Sedona.

Wonderful unit to stay in, great location close to shopping center and restaurants. Denise and William were extremely communicative and pleasant to deal with, would absolutely stay again and highly recommend!

Amazing spot the view was INSANE the pictures will never do it justice. Anthony was very helpful and quickly responsive. Will definitely be coming back soon!
