Close by is a quiet sitting area with a lock up shed for bikes etc. The large bedroom is spacious with a double bed and the second bedroom can be configured as a single or twin. With its wood-burning stove, and exposed beams, Stanley Barn dates back over 200 years and is the perfect base for exploring Tideswell and the stunning countryside that surrounds it, whilst relaxing in peace and quiet after a day out. It's entirely possible to park your car for a whole week, and do seven beautiful walks, ending at seven different pubs!

Kingfisher Cottage

Kingfisher Cottage is attached to Bridge House, situated in the Peak District village of Bamford and benefits from a beautiful view of the River Derwent. The Cottage, which is within walking distance of Bamford train and bus station and local shops, has it's own garden and seating area on the bank of the river. The Cottage has private access and parking is available. Fly fishing is also available by arrangement with hosts.
