The apartment is located about 500 meters away from the port, 40 meters away from the nearest bus stop and 70 meters away from our blue flag awarded beach. My house is a old small two level house with traditional Cycladic architecture renovated during 2019, wedged in the alleys of the old and well preserved capital of Serifos island, named Chora. Due to its topography and the complex network of narrow alleys, there are no vehicles allowed only mules. This makes it an ideal location for guests who appreciate simplicity and authenticity, combined with quietness and a splendid panoramic view to the Aegean sea, away from the noisy port of Livadi.

Built approximately around 1900, it is located 20 steps away from Agios Athanasios church, the Metropolis church of Chora, in Serifos. It was fully renovated in 2019, taking into great consideration and respect all of the Greek traditional elements that were present in our residency.
