While the farmhouse is comfortable and straightforward, the estate is the true highlight—swim in the pool, walk the trails, soak in the hot tub, or relax by the pond fountain. Meals can be ordered from the main house for a truly serene getaway.

Looking for a relaxing up north getaway without the drive? Bass Lake Beach and Manor may be exactly what you are looking for! Boasting a sand and stone beach that stretches almost 50 yards, you and your children have plenty of place to explore safely (water shoes recommended fresh water clams are present). There are two Kayaks and two paddleboards on site for your use, and there is a also a 2021 pontoon boat available for rental as well. Check out the photos, you won't be disappointed!

Welcome to The Black Marlin Lakehouse! Situated on a quiet hillside overlooking a peaceful no-wake lake just outside of downtown Brighton. Guests that stay at The Black Marlin will enjoy lake living at its finest! Our lake house boasts an impressive view of the lake from every room except the bathroom! Relax on the deck with your morning coffee or afternoon beverage of choice. Our lake prohibits the use of gas engines making it an incredibly peaceful experience!

Kelmscott Chapel

This historic structure was built in 1909 for the local catholic parish and served as such until the 1970's. A portion of the church was then converted to a residence and has also served as a wedding venue for over twenty years. Now called Kelmscott Chapel, a nod to William Morris and the arts and crafts movement, you will find warm and inviting accommodations. Complete with stained glassed windows, spiral staircases, decorated with art and antiques.
