Holiday rentals with a patio in Livingston Manor

We enjoyed our stay! It was consistent with all reviews we read. Clear instructions were provided. We appreciated the attention to detail on how the room was setup and organized including phone chargers. Amenities and convenient items were available. The host was also very responsive to any questions. It was very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay! Looked just like the photos, but better. The host was super nice and communicative. So many great hikes nearby. Would definitely stay again :)

Private, clean and comfortable, walk to everything in town. Restaurants, Fly shops, antiques and more. Our host was responsive and helpful. "Trout town" lives up to it's name and this place is a great base to run your Catskills fishing adventure out of.

Wonderful time at Aldora’s time. She made us feel home. Spacious room with kitchen and a small dining area, next to the window facing beautiful Mountain View’s. Aldora is also super friendly and knowledgeable. Special note: for people who want to do hikes, bring your outdoor hiking gears, e.g. hiking shoes, hiking poles, maybe insect repellent if it’s muggy and hot day.

Jennifer’s apartment was impeccably clean, comfortable and perfectly suited to our needs for our weekend visit! Tucked away in an adorable area that we plan on visiting again. She provided a well appointed kitchen (perfect for making your own morning coffee or dinner if you don’t feel like venturing out), a super -cozy living room (bring a good book and enjoy the fireplace and a comfy throw blanket after a long day), as well as a spotless bathroom. Jennifer’s Rustic One Bedroom is in a perfect spot to explore Shohola PA and Barryville NY. River adventures, hiking, music festivals are all at your doorstep. We look forward to returning!

I loved my time at this location! The host Jefferey, was Polite, Friendly, and very accommodating! I spent a total of 8 weeks here. The residence was super clean, spacious and had everything I needed for my extended stay. The kitchen had ample utensils, pots, pans, and everything in between! If you’re looking for a quiet, peaceful, serene place to stay. I would highly recommend Jefferey and this property!!!

The stay was wonderful and very picturesque. John was very communicative and provided great recommendations around the place. The highlight of the stay was definitely the three barn cats who guided us to the front door and were really friendly and a delight to be around. The area around the house is really serene and peaceful and was great to walk around. Would 100% recommend this stay!

David and Merry were some of the kindest and most generous hosts we’ve ever met. They went out of their way to make our stay perfect, even choosing not to rent out the other part of the house during our visit to give us more privacy. They welcomed us warmly, shared great local tips, helped us book a restaurant and even sent us a bottle of wine there. The house was beautiful, super comfortable, and had everything we needed. We felt truly cared for and would absolutely love to come back!

Ashley's place in Roscoe is a gem. More and more Airbnb's feel cheap and impersonal, run by large management companies and filled with junky Ikea furniture and kitchenware. Not the case here! Ashley's place is both pristine and uncluttered with quality appointments. It was great to have a kitchen that was actually stocked with good pans, appliances, etc. The whole home, which is charming from the outside, has been fully renovated with great fixtures and cabinets, etc. throughout. It's clean, airy and well thought out. The side patio is great, and the hot tub a super bonus. Bed and linens were top quality and comfy. For us, the location was great, too. It's easily findable off of a main (but not busy) road, and just a few minutes from downtown Roscoe where there's plenty of good food. Even for a traveler familiar with the area, Ashley had spot-on recommendations of where to go. We came to fish, and there are iconic drop-ins along the Beaverkill just minutes away.

My husband and I needed some time to re-bond and boy did this place and Tom & Carol deliver. The best airbnb we've ever stayed in, very romantic, beautiful, and inspiring. They put so much love and detail into the place, it went above and beyond in terms of amenities (they had everything we needed plus so much more). I had brought a lasagna that was too big to heat in their airfryer, so they offered to put it in their oven to heat up - which was lovely of them. Honestly this place and the hosts exceeded our expectations in every way. Tom & Carol gave us a personal tour of their beautiful property, gallery and house and all of Tom's artwork - which is everywhere. Tom is so talented and answered our many, many questions. They were super welcoming to my dog as well, and our dogs even played together! My only complaint w/tongue in cheek: Tom doesn't sell his work any longer as he's building a sculpture garden and museum - I get that, but it was hard to not buy some of his incredible work.

Elizabeth’s cottage is the perfect home base to explore everything in the Catskills, especially many of the hiking trails. The Urban Cowboy Lodge is essentially next door and offers a great restaurant for dinner and drinks without having to travel into one of the nearby towns. The cottage is also really a unique space with an eclectic mid-century vibe. Definitely will stay here again.

Monika's home was one of the best airbnbs we have ever stayed in. The design, style, and quality is something unparalleled in other airbnbs, it has a cohesive, elevated design throughout the entire home. It has everything you could possible need and is so thoughtful in every way. The backyard is huge and is perfect for a family to spend time together. We went on a great hike to a waterfall (which is within walking distance). Location is amazing as it's a close drive to Minnewaska. The location in Kerhonkson is in a nice secluded area. If you're looking for the perfect place to stay in the area this is it!

This cottage on the river was just as described & exactly what we needed for a quick, relaxing getaway. The multiple outdoor seating areas & river views made for a beautiful scene, the neighborhood was a cute, quiet area perfect for evening strolls & Main Street is a 10 minute walk with plenty to do. We truly enjoyed our stay & will definitely book again!

This home is a great retreat in the Catskills, it feels intimate while still having the space for you and other guests. Would visit again!

Our family of four (plus one furry friend!) had an absolutely exceptional stay at this gem in Livingston Manor. From the moment we pulled in, we were struck by the ambience—serene, peaceful, and beautifully designed down to the last detail. The interior decorating was flawless—modern yet cozy, with every comfort you could want. Truly a space that felt like a retreat. The location? WOW. Just minutes from Pecks. And the riverfront… unreal. At least an acre of private, tranquil river access with two gorgeous stone paths that lead right to the water. It felt like our own hidden paradise. Whether you’re sipping coffee on the deck, roasting marshmallows by the fire pit, or just listening to the river flow, this place delivers serenity in every sense. Everything we needed was provided, and then some. Come here, trust me—you won’t want to leave.

The house was beautiful. My friends and i had a great stay. The hang out place on third floor was best. The rooms were cozy and the porch was the best part. Would definitely recommend.

Daria and Justin were lovely, responsive hosts. It’s a great little apartment — super clean, well equipped with all the basic necessities, tasteful, well thought out decor, a really pleasant place to be, right on the mountain. Small, but perfect for a couple or small family ski weekend. I would definitely recommend and would love to go back.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. We hiked the devils path trail and Dimitry’s place was perfectly close to the trail and the restaurants around it. His place was great to go back to with a great shower and bath, a beautiful view and very cozy place, with coffee and a coffee maker. Very clean and Dimitry was responsive the whole way through and checkin and out was very easy. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

Perfectly set up and spotless. The unit is supplied with everything you could possibly need. By far the best organized, supplied and clean Airbnb we have ever stayed in.

The space was great! The only thing that was different was the indoor pool and hot tub were not on site. They only have an outdoor pool that of course was closed in February. They did however give access at another resort 7 miles away. We were not able to take advantage due to a snow storm that came in. But I did get use of the jet tub in the upstairs bathroom so it made up for it😊

Great place right next to the mountain. Had plenty of space for my family, and more beds then some of the other townhouses we've stayed at next to Hunter which was nice
