Riverside Priory, 2-Bedroom House

Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

Very quiet neighborhood. *POOL in the neighboring property accessible in summer (June to mid-Sept) from 10am - 12pm, 3pm - 7pm.*

Come and get a breath of fresh air and relax in our 2* rated gîte. The Ô Lunain gîte, 40 m2 house located in Nonville, village of the Lunain valley between Fontainebleau, Nemours and Morêt-sur-Loing. Peaceful oasis on a 4-hectare property with garden, woods and river. We live there in another house, we would be happy to host you. Electric heating/wood stove for those who want it. Not recommended for children under 10 years of age for safety reasons (river).

Gite independent of the owners in a quiet environment giving access to an enclosed garden and private terrace with barbecue . Outdoor hot tub to share with the other 2 cottages. ( closed Oct-April ) Price: €10/pers /1 hour Agree on a slot. It is In Studio form of 28m2 with kitchenette, 1 sofa bed 2 pers120 x180 ideal 2 children (see 1 or 2 adltes???) shower and separate toilet. 1 bed 2 pers 140x 190 separated by curtains from the seating area .

Independent house of 50 m2 and a large covered terrace of 50 m2 on property of 2500 m2 fully fenced, absolute calm, dead end overlooking the woods, barbecue, sandbox and tobogán for the little ones and lots of toys. Umbrella bed, sheets, blankets on request, chair riser for children's meals. Loan of an extra folding bed. Access to the Spa is €30 for the 1st day, then €20/day for the following days upon arrival, available all year round.
