Typical village house, completely renovated and equipped. Very welcoming and convenient. You will find very quiet. It is a house with lots of light. It is located 5 minutes from all the services of the village (pharmacy, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops, ...). To go to the beaches there is 15 minutes walking. It is located in a very quiet and calm village area. No problem parking. You will be able to park very close to the house. There is no Wi-Fi.

The house is five minutes walk from the beach promenade. The Cami de Ronda (Coastal Path) is at the end of the street. The street is quiet although close to the shops. A three or four minute walk to the main beach and marina. The front bedroom has a spectacular view across the bay.
