The house was great, very clean and comfortable and decorated and furnished with many personal and attractive touches. Being on the edge of the village, with wonderful views, it felt very private, especially as we used the covered outside seating area for meals. Highly recommended.

Quiet, small cottage to relax with wonderful surroundings.

If you’re thinking of booking Ethel’s beautiful home- do not hesitate & book immediately! I have traveled many places & this was by far my best stay- I have never experienced a place quite like this When we arrived, Ethel greeted us with so much love & warmth. She made us feel right at home immediately. She then welcomed us into her beautiful home & showed us around her garden/ yard. The garden is stunning, flowers everywhere & overlooking a gorgeous river with mountain views. I mean you genuinely couldn’t imagine a more gorgeous scenery The home is just as beautiful & immaculate modern appliances, the MOST comfortable bed & everything you could wish for Her home is in a peaceful neighborhood surrounded by wildlife. There is no street noise whatsoever. It’s walkable to the main city area with lively restaurants & it’s a close drive to Picos De Europa But the star of the show is Ethel- she is the absolute best. So warm, welcoming, filled with love& makes you feel right at home

Estuvimos una semana en casa de Nuria. El trato con ella perfecto!! La casa superó las expectativas, súper bonita, bien cuidada y limpieza excelente. El jardín muy bonito, teníamos miedo del muro de fuera porque en las fotos se veía bajito, ya que viajamos con nuestro perrete, pero era adecuado, almenos para que no saltara. El porche cerrado un verdadero lujo, lo que más utilizamos. Es la última casa del pueblito, así que es bastante tranquila. Sin duda volveríamos a repetir si volvemos por Asturias.

As soon as we stepped into the apartment, we felt a sense of calm. It's almost impossible not to feel relaxed while surrounded by the beautiful countryside views. The house was designed to capture the scenery, especially with the large living room and master bedroom windows positioned perfectly west. We often preferred having dinner at home while catching a view of the mountain side sunsets over eating out for the evening.

Manuel y María fueron unos huéspedes super majos, atentos en todo momento. La casa y los alrededores son tal cual se ven en las fotos 💯 Eso sí, quizás para el acceso a la zona residencial necesitéis tener un poco de experiencia en curvas de montaña 🏔️ La zona preciosa, perfecta para desconectar ✨ el paisaje verde increíble! La casa tenía de todo, super cómoda, especialmente las camas. Nos encantó poder disfrutar de sus burros y el sonido de otros animales de alrededor

Het huisje ligt heerlijk rustig en het uitzicht is een levende ansichtkaart waar je naar blijft kijken. Heerlijk zwembad bijna altijd privé. In de keuken is ook veel keukengerei wat heel erg prettig is. Communicatie met Alberto was altijd heel snel en vriendelijk. Kortom een fantastische plek wie van natuur en rust houdt.

Todo de maravilla! Ana Rosa y su marido son estupendos! Todo facilidades y detalles. La casa es de cuento en medio de la naturaleza, parece sacada de una revista de decoración! La estancia ha sido magnífica, volveremos sin dudarlo muchas gracias! 😃😊

Die Unterkunft von Mer ist auf dem ersten Blick von außen unscheinbar, allerdings verblüfft und überzeugt sie sehr schnell, wenn man einmal drin ist: eine super liebevolle, moderne, durchdachte und detaillierte Einrichtung. Jede Ecke wurde perfekt genutzt, ohne dass es überfüllt ist. Die Ausstattung ist genau wie beschrieben. Man hat alles was man braucht. Es gibt sogar einen selbsterstellten Guide mit Aktivitäten und Restaurantsempfehlungen in der Umgebung. Es war alles super sauber. Der Strand ist direkt um die Ecke und in der Unterkunft gibt es Strandtücher und eine extra Strandtasche und Sonnenschirm…Ich sage ja, es wurde an alles gedacht. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und können es nur weiterempfehlen. 🙂

Muy buena estancia y un espacio precioso

La ubicación del apartamento es perfecta, en el centro histórico pero no en las calles más concurridas, en una calle tranquila, al lado de la playa El Sablon y del Paseo de San Pedro. El apartamento es igual a las fotografías, y disponer de plaza de garage es un handicap. María Jesús es un encanto de persona, desde el primer minuto te hace sentir que estás en tu casa. Volveré.

Leonor was very warm, welcoming and attentive. The appartment is very clean and well organized at walking distance from the ocean. Only downside were the barking dogs next door that kept our 2 year old awake the first night, but this does of course not reflect on the apartment or the wonderul hosts. All in all we had a very pleasant stay and I highly recommend this appartment for anyone looking to visit this area.

Muy buena ubicación para visitar Llanes y alrededores. Zona tranquila y buena relación calidad precio. El anfitrión estuvo atento en toda nuestra estancia a que todo estuviera correcto. Posiblemente repetiremos.

Muy fluida comunicación con Eva. Ella muy amable,responde rápido y nos dejó entrar pronto. la casa muy bien decorada y tiene de todo lo necesario en la cocina. Cama cómoda. La ubicación está bien,un poco lejos del centro pero en una zona tranquila. Volvería sin lugar a dudas.

Un sitio muy recomendable para poder hacer turismo, muy bien situado cerca del centro de Llanes. Lo único el apartamento en temporada alta puede estar un poco complicado por la escasez que hay en las inmediaciones de la casa. El trato fue impecable y el alojamiento igual.

Prachtig appartement, heel nieuw, ruim. Helemaal geen last van omgevings geluid. Prima bed en heerlijke douche. Keuken volledig ingericht. En een lekker balkon!! En Fernando was erg service gericht.

Hemos estado unos días en casa de Carlos. Todo fue genial desde el minuto uno. La casa es tal cual las fotos, aún si cabe más bonita. This apartments is nicely decorated & very centrally located in San Vicente. Its a stone's throw from the center of town, restaurants, shops and gives you a glimpse into what it would be like to live in this area. We loved exploring San Vicente & the surrounding towns as well as going into the mountains. Highly recommend this spot!

Мы жили в квартире около месяца, за это время смогли оценить по достоинству как само жилье, так и замечательный Llanes. Квартира в новом доме, есть удобный паркинг, подходящий для SUV, есть бассейн, но мы им не пользовались. Кухня оборудована всей необходимой бытовой техникой для комфортного приготовления блюд, а также легка в уборке. Кровать с удобным матрасом. Интернет быстрый. Единственный маленький недостаток для нас, поскольку мы работали из дома, - рабочее место было только за кухонным столом. Но в целом соотношение цена-качество превосходное, мы остались очень довольны своим выбором.
