Very clean, modern and well-equipped apartment, very well located, the garage nearby is really a plus. Everything was perfect, I would recommend it without hesitation.

PERFECT STAY. Susana is a lovely person, very welcoming and very kind. The apartment is located in a very quiet and relaxing environment. We loved this beautiful bright apartment furnished with a lot of taste, very comfortable and very well equipped. Very convenient, you will find a convenience store 50m away. Free parking around. Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer :). Highly recommend.

The truth is that it was phenomenal!! Even better than expected

Itziar was super friendly and always helpful. She was accessible at all times and always strived for a quick solution. It was quite cold on our arrival (in April). At our request, she immediately turned on the heater and also provided an electric radiator if that was not enough. The Airbnb also has a lot of sports equipment for free use: in addition to foosball, table tennis and bicycles, there were also surfboards, a canoe, and a sup available. Next to our small terrace, which is unfortunately quite close to the street, there is a large, very nice garden that can be used at any time. We were also offered a dry garage parking space. Overall it was a very nice stay – we would go back anytime!

Both Marta and Javier were very attentive to making our stay perfect. The apartment is ideal with all the luxury of details, home automation, very well decorated to create a very cozy atmosphere, very comfortable room and with everything you may need to spend a stay as if you were at home. They had a great welcome gift with a personalized message and were flexible with our arrival time, letting us in even earlier. Unbeatable location in the very center. We traveled with a baby and pet and we had a great time. We will definitely repeat. Thank you Marta and Javier :)

A really nice sized apartment for our family of 4, with great views of the incredible town of Ribadesella. We loved our stay and would choose Cristina’s place again if we visit in the future.

The rental is true to the description, very nice spot. We had a very pleasant stay despite the mixed weather. The apartment's views of the ocean and the surfers' slides were a delightful daily spectacle. We were treated to 2 magnificent sunsets. The accommodation was great, better than described in the ad, the area is quiet to be able to walk the dog, the house had everything you need for a week, it has a good location, Paola is very attentive and quick to answer any questions. As the only recommendation, change the beds in the double room, the rest is perfect and the garden is very nice to rest and enjoy.

I highlight the house its cleanliness and the completeness that everything was, there is more than you may need, it is not missing detail. De Veronica destaco her treatment, kindness and closeness, she treated us as if she knew us as usual. A wonderful garden that you get lost in its forest views and the children enjoyed it so much as it has it perfectly organized. I definitely recommend it and that cozy kitchen in which we share great moments as a family. Thank you Veronica for everything, will come back.

Very warm welcome from Mercedes' brother, we enjoyed our short stay in this beautiful region. The accommodation is beautifully restored and nothing is missing. Mercedes is very attentive to the residents: delicious pastries on arrival, all the good restaurant addresses. Do not hesitate to stop in this pretty village.

Alojamiento peefecto para 2 familias con niños como noi. The house was not missing anything... very compact. Comfortable beds and everything is very clean. Luis on the lookout for everything. Very quiet area for walking and close to good restaurants nearby.

The accommodation is ideal for spending a few days in San Vicente. Perfect for parking in front and getting around sites nearby. The house is fully renovated. We were very comfortable.

The house is great. It is very welcoming and very clean. We didn't make any food in the house but from what we saw there were all kinds of cooking utensils. In addition to the details of Nieves! Communication was great. And the best thing about the house that terrace with a view to the river!! To see the area of Villaviciosa, Lastres, Gijón, Oviedo, etc very well located. Highly recommended house!!

Juan's apartment is in a spectacular elevated position overlooking the bay in Comillas. It is very clean and modern and contains all that is required for a week's stay. Parking is private and close by. Juan was an excellent host and in spite of our poor Spanish he provided us (with the help of Google Translate) with all the information we needed. It is a very short walk away from the fishing harbour, promenade, beach and restaurants. Comillas is a delightful small and friendly town with an old centre around a marketplace with cafes and narrow streets. Would we go again? - definitely!

Catherine's apartment is a haven of peace and tranquility. The views from the lounge windows are worth the price alone. The kitchen is equipped to a high standard and the place has everything you'd need for a long stay. The Usil beach is a 2/3 min walk while the beautiful Liencres dunes, which can be seen from the window, are around. 10 min drive away. All-in-all the apartment is ideally placed to enjoy not just the immediate area but the whole of the Costa Quebrada Geopark too.
